Millhouse Pine

This is a nice store and a lovely range of furniture and accessories. We purchased some wardrobes in November 21, fitted in Feb 22 as planned, small colour error meant further delay of 3 months so obviously disappointing, supply chains are an issue at present. Victoria however was excellent and addressed our concerns very well, courteous and professional. Very pleased with finished installation, their installers/fitters are excellent too, on time, clean and tidy and efficient.

The shopping experience and products they sell are amazing, but the after sales is very poor, very little communication, when you go to collect your items you are waiting whilst they go find you order. This is not the first time we have shopped with Mill House but every experience has been the same so it will be the last that's for sure

On purchasing a large mirror from millhouse pine it wasn't 100% right but that wasn't problem they replaced it now having back on my wall they piece's of furniture or decorative items are just perfect to complete your look

Shopping here is a good experience and the selection of furniture is also quite good, priced according to your taste and purse. We ordered living room furniture and dining chairs in September 2021, delivery was about as expected (12 - 14 weeks), apart from no dining chairs, now into February 2022 and no chairs. Unfortunately I can't say when we will receive them because nobody answers the phone if you call, (if your there shopping you'll hear the phone ringing off the hook). An answering service advises you to email them for attention but tried that, still no response, frustrating.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for our new sofa, chair and footstool. I absolutely love it, service has been great from all Millhouse staff all the way along, even down to the delivery drivers who were very respectful in our home wearing overshoes. I would definitely recommend you guys to my friends and family. Thanks once again. Andrea and Andrew Crowther.

Wonderful and quirky prices ranged at the high end but seen similar in other shops for far more. Definitely worth a visit All the brands looked to be of ace quality

Love this place, beautiful furniture and great customer service.

Customer service is appalling. Ordered a corner sofa in April and arrived two weeks ago completely wrong. The corner had been put on the wrong side, the feet were completely wrong and different colours on the sofa and ottoman! My living room was decorated in such a way that it was going to match this suite, I was devastated. No apology for sending the wrong order just was told it wasn't checked before dispatch because the paperwork said it was correct! Had to wait a full 7 days for my deposit refund and no offer of any compensation for the stress and upset this has caused. Pay a bit more and go with a reputable company you can trust.

Lovely quality furniture and very pleasant and helpful staff BUT we are still waiting for the table and cabinet we ordered in November. We have the chairs and very pleased with these. I have been very patient and understanding of the Covid difficulties and wanted to keep with the order rather than cancel, to support local business at this difficult time but my patience has now run out.

I rang last Friday to arrange delivery of the table, which we were told we would have by the end of April. The cabinet apparently is due in May! I am still awaiting a call. I have always had to ring and find out what has happening and never received a follow up courtesy call during this time to explain the delay. I am sadly posting this in the hope it will generate a response thank you. 9th June STILL WAITING After I rang to chase and follow up BEEN TOLD JULY!

Absolutely phenomenal shop for all your household needs. Incredible staff, both helpful (that does not cover the service they provide) and down to earth. Always made to feel welcome and attended to. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for the smallest addition to the biggest of changes to their home. Superb service, staff and products :D

Verry helpfull reasonably priced furniture and fantastic building

We have been to millhouse furniture a number of times now and are never disappointed. Fantastic range of furniture and friendly staff who go out of their way to help any way that they can. We already recommended to family and friends and will continue to do so. Absolutely brilliant.

Good covid process on arrival. Plenty of good quality furniture. Excellent customer service, allowed to browse at your leisure, but on hand to answer any questions. The best smelling showroom I been in.
