Very helpful and friendly staff on the shop floor. Customer service unparalleled! Dealt through a very communicative Instagram page and then Natalie Hutchinson after a slight problem with an order. Natalie couldn't have offered more help if she had tried. Within an hour of contact we had an apology, several solutions offered and a delivery driver at our door to collect the faulty item with a replacement loan piece until our new one arrives.

This is why it pays to buy local, in store and with a smaller business than the usual big corporates. Impeccable service. Will always be my first port of call for furniture needs from now on!

I quite like this shop. I feel that it offers something bit different to the norm. It's a little like Barker and Stonehouse but without the premium prices. There are 2 stores in the same small cul de sac. One sells bedroom furniture, the other sells home furnishings such as dining tables, sofa's, wall clocks, lamps etc. There is also a section that is dedicated to rugs and cushions which again offers something a little different. Give this store a try before your usual haunts.

Perfect place for a great eclectic mix of furnishings for the whole house. Prices were super. Really covid aware staff and procedures made it spot on.

Moving back up north inneed of lighting and furniture for our new home. We found home furnishings to be very well stocked for all our needs, quality outstanding, reasonably priced and brilliant customer service. All staff very helpful including the manager John. I have bought a picture from ' At Home ' before and received very good personal service. I emailed a query about a Rod Chase picture on a Sunday got a response within minutes from Toni telling me my query would be attended to on Monday. First thing Monday, email from Toni with an attachment of the picture, " yes we can do the picture you want and will put it on the website shortly for you to check and order ".

Within 10 minutes I received an email with link and 4 minutes later had ordered the picture. Toni then did some research to make sure we would be getting the picture in the frame we wanted! Fantastic personal customer service from the very knowledgeable Toni who obviously knows how to gain repeat business by really caring for customers. Will definitly use 'At Home ' again.

Visited AT HOME today and received excellent service from Tracey and David. Tracey went above and beyond today spending loads of time with us helping us choose design and layout of our new furniture. Tracey experience shone through and her guidance was greatly appreciated. David was very efficient and supportive of our needs. Thank you both very much and I will be very happy to recommend your service and will be back shopping AT HOME in the future.

Shockingly bad, please try and take note where you furniture comes from before you buy. We purchased the Kingstown signature range in cream from the stockist 'At home furnishings', the delivery men damaged the wardrobe and the fittings in the house while attempting to get it in. As soon you look at the furniture you can see that parts of it are significantly darker in patches, one door is even almost white and the others are cream.

We thought this, must just be a fault with the one we had. We subsequently had another 2 ordered to the warehouse and built which had exactly the same issue. We were talked into purchasing from At Home Furnishings as they said if we had any issues they would be quickly resolved, rather than if we ordered online. This has not been the case, we have had an ongoing saga for over 6 months, Kingstown have completely dismissed speaking to us at all and we have been refused compensation for all of the trouble we have had even tough they have had our money for over 6 months and we have had their shody furniture. Stay away from both of these companies at costs.
