Very helpful and patient, unbelievable prices. Was really impressed with the customer service, price, and selection. They spent 45 minutes with me while I tried out like a dozen office chairs, answering all my questions and showing me how to use every one. This was just to sell me one chair for a couple hundred bucks-not a whole office worth. Was super pumped to find a chair there after heading to two other places first. I'll head back to Desk Depot first when I need office furniture.

I have been going to Desk Depot at least 10 years This is a small enough store that they give you personal attention and I'm particularly fond of the owner's son and I appreciate it when he is the one who helps me. Desk Depot will special order items from a variety of suppliers and track your order and make sure that you are called when items arrive.

I much prefer ordering from Desk Depot than from a large store such as Staples or Office Depot. Desk Depot is primarily a used office furniture store but obviously you can get anything you need in the area of office furniture if you're willing to order it. The order cycle time is usually about 2 days and I appreciate the fast turnaround time.

Great place to shop for used (and even some new) office furniture. Friendly service. We've bought from them twice, very pleased with our treatment. This is a big warehouse filled with inventory -- you tell the salesman what you're looking for, and they'll show you what they have. They've been very helpful in showing us what they have and even customizing a small table for us.

Excellent service, went above and beyond. Prices are fair and honest for the product. Richard knows a lot about office furniture and was a pleasure to work with.

If you want a desk in Silicon Valley, go here. Desk Depot is amazing. I had the best experience I've ever had buying a furniture here. From when I walked in, they had a number of ready-made options available to browse, but the magic started when their salesman/tradesman asks if you're looking for anything special. I described the space and the ideas I had for a desk, and they walked the floor with me to select the best components and prototyped a handful of options.

Either if you want an awesome desk ready today, an idea of what you want, or really specific build, this is the place to go. The prices are reasonable across what you want, the service is exceptional, and my desk looks great and fits everything I want to do.

Great selection of secondhand office furniture. (If you're wondering what happens to the desks from local startups when they go under, look no further.) The prices aren't as good as I would expect from a secondhand furniture store though. Most things are only a few bucks cheaper than they would be on Amazon.

What a great experience. We were able to get a custom made desk, and at a great price! I couldn't be happier. Richard was so incredibly helpful. My husband and I didn't exactly know what we wanted. We showed Richard pictures, drew the room out for him, etc. He was passionate and took his time to listen and show us around to let us look at options.

You think of it, and they will create it. The place is filled with options. I wouldn't believe it if someone left saying that couldn't find what they were looking for. Overall, GREAT experience.

Okay, so I found the same chair I bought here much cheaper on the internet (including shipping) afterwards, and that stung. But in general, I have no complaints. Pretty good selection, reasonable prices, and very friendly and helpful service. And it was nice to get my chair all assembled and ready to throw in my car :)
