We asked salesman Matthew Burch for a 200x140cm mattress, he sold us a mattress within a few minutes, price 339.00, without mentioning that the mattress is only 190x136.5cm. Returning the mattress the next morning he didn't want to refund a single penny. What a fraud, unbelievable. Sales figures top, customer service not available, now in touch with trading standards.

I bought a new mattress from the sleep shop via the website and I am very happy with the service I received, the price was the best I could find for this particular double mattress (Silentnight miracoil geltex) at 363. They were in regular contact about the delivery, I ordered on Monday and had it by Thursday. The mattress arrived in perfect condition and is very comfortable, I was a bit worried about not trying it out first, i knew I didn't want memory foam and had heard good things about geltex so I just went for it and I am so glad I did! The guy that carried it down the drive on his own is a hero! He slung the old one over his shoulder and off he went!Thanks guys!

We ordered a mattress with a 2-3 week delivery time in late November. The mattress was despatched last week, after just under 3 weeks. Unfortunately they are using a courier who won't deliver it until 5th January. The sleep shop then ignore emails, after telling us over the phone to email them, and can't offer any comment other than "there's nothing that we can do". We've now been without a mattress for a week, having had to return our previous mattress before the trial period ended.

Terrible. shop elsewhere. paid for a mattress told me it would be delivered Wednesday took the day of work and waited all day for nothing. so I rang them and they said they never had that one in stock. and I would after wait 3 weeks. then said its ok we have this one in stock. after telling them no its fine ill just get a refund as its not the one I ordered he said fine refund done. then 2 days later they tried delivering a mattress completely different to the one I ordered. so I then rang them back and all they keep saying is the guy thats sorting it isn't in today. can I ring you back. nobody has ever rang back and its been 10days. finally spoke to the guy and he said its been refunded should have it soon. so I rang PayPal and there's no refund pending whatsoever. the customer service is shocking. they all just make noises and tap buttons and mumble nonsense down phone. shop elsewhere there cowboys Matthew is the cheif mumble mouth button basher he needs sacking One star is way to much

Went looking for a mattress, very wide selection on display with prices to match. Sales lady was unobtrusive letting us browse without her hovering around us. When we'd narrowed our selection down to 3 she pointed out the differences between them - very knowledgeable. Having made a choice delivery(free) was very quickly sorted out. All in all a very easy shopping experience.
