Great selection of dining and lounge furniture with friendly and relaxed sales staff. They were keen to help us find what we needed and for us to fully understand all the options and features. They were happy to document and price a number possible solutions. They left us to decide if we wanted to follow up after we left. We returned to buy our preferred solution using their 0% finance option, which was quick and easy to complete online. It doesn't start until your items are delivered.

Top notch furniture but be careful about delivery times as i have purchased twice this year and both times the deliveries are late. Apparently the delivery dates you are given are simply a guide! The only feedback i got was that it s the manafacturers fault. Lets the shop down but would mind but you pay top dollar for this furniture

Great buying experience this weekend. Katia and Harry were excellent and helped find our dream dining and coffee table. They price matched a large retailer offer too! We now have our furniture and are thrilled! Delivery was in the timeframe we were told when we ordered. The fitters were exceptionally helpful and polite!

I had been happy with this store until today. I asked, what I thought was a perfectly reasonable question, regarding the background of a consul table that was nearly 1000. After receiving a number of curt and evasive answers I was told by B&C that they had 'spent enough time on my query'! Apparently this charming person is the owner - be warned! Please be assured I am not aggressive nor issue 'veiled threats'!

Most people in my position would give a score of zero, I have not and I hope that in time I can improve the score. I had visited Beadle and Crome interiors several times before. I live 30 miles away and took a day off work to go again. specifically to look at a couple of stock clearance chairs and a wardrobe. I was met by a lady who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and she told me where in the shop I could find the items in question.
I also explained that I was currently re fitting my lounge and needed to move some furniture from a solid wall to an interior wall and would like some advice. She introduced me to one of the fitters who was extremely helpful. brilliant in fact. However I then overheard another member of staff (who I later found out to be the MD) telling the fitter that he should not have helped me and how I was clearly a time waster.
When the MD found that I overheard the comment he went missing and would not meet me or apologise. I gave my contact details and have heard nothing. So I feel the need to tell others. Beadle and Crome interiors is a wonderful shop, full of fantastic quality furniture and many helpful staff. However the leadership is poor and my experience is not one that should ever be repeated.
I did not come to waste any one's time. in fact I purchased the same chair elsewhere on the same day. I accept people have bad days but the customer should never be spoken to or about in that way. The other staff were embarrassed at my treatment

We purchased the Calligaris Baron extending ceramic dining table, which we are extremely pleased with. The Shop staff were Great, really friendly and informative, all the products are of a fantastic quality, the delivery was quicker than quoted, which was great and the delivery guys were really good. The table and chairs have finished off our new kitchen perfectly. Thank you
