Awful company to deal with, purchased a bed costing nearly 2000 and within 6 months I was telling them that it was uncomfortable and that there was a problem. They sent someone out and basically said that we needed to turn our, non turning mattress this would give it chase to settle. We ended up purchasing an EMMA mattress online instead and sleep like a baby, so definitely the poor mattress. Told me if I wanted to take it further get someone independent out and take it to the ombudsman's, oh dont worry Furniture Village this is exactly what I am going to do.

We informed FV of a problem with our sofa within a week of delivery. It took us ten months for them to remove it after loads of hassle and time on phone to absent store manager. Do not give your name or he won't be in. Unbelievably poor after sales service. They promise to address problem then renege time after time. Tactics to wear the customer down.
Now you will see a dozen reviews saying how nice they are. Do not be taken in. We were nearly at our wits end attempting to deal with them. We had to involve our credit card company to solve it. We also read a number of poor service reviews when we had problems. Wish we had taken notice earlier. Take note and shop elsewhere. It cost us a fortune in phone calls and hours of heartache to be fobbed off time and again.

If I can I will post -10.the guy showed up with one worker to bring bedroom and dinning table set to a third floor apartment I had to help him out so he does not get some heart attack and he charge me $100.00 for that before time. The bedroom set had mismatched boards that I had to go and get them from the store by myself then the dinning table came with a lot of faults I wanted to return the set back but he keep promising that he will come and correct everything but he never did.corrected everything by myself again.awful experience.never again!

Went to get a leather sectional. I wanted to help out a small business out I didn't care of the over priced furniture I financed one thousand four hundred dollars. For the Sectional and a rug Was going to make my last payment only to find out I was deceived by the owner of furniture village and it's financing company snap turns out I was renting the furniture not owing it. Never again would I ever buy from furniture village they can eat pork for all I care. Be careful when purchasing. I don't want this happening to you or your loved ones

MERCHANDISE QUALITY IS VERY POOR AND OVER PRICED AND ALWAYS COMES UP WITH EXCUSES CAUSE HE CAN JACK YOUR MONEY SAVE YOUR SELF THE HEADACHE AND GO TO 5 STAR BETTER MERCHANDISE AND BETTER PRICES MOST IMPORTANTLY VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

It really sucks. To be honest, it really is. The owner name Mike, he was very rude just because we are young and tried to take advantage out of me. I believe there are a lot more places that you can get better service and better deal. Trust me and I hope no one else goes thru the same experience as I went thru.

Just filed my report with the BBB this company caused damages to my home and then tried to claim I was lying to get them to pay for repairs. My house was just bought my home inspection report says nothing of damaged drywall and even has picture of a hallway withou damage that was taken prior to their "services". The owner Mike told me the only option was for him to do the repairs at my house by himself, when I asked his experience he told me he had seen it done before! This place has the worst customer service I have ever seen. KEEP AWAY!

I bought a table set from them a week later my chairs started to fall apart, I called my sales rep Agnes and she assured me they would fix them a month later some of their people came out and fixed the falling apart chairs, which I thought should have been replaced but, they assured me they would be like new. After the salesmen left my house we sat down to eat at the table and the same thing happened again the chairs were wobbling and I called the repairman back immediately and he said he would get back to me and so did my sales rep when I repeatedly emailed her and called.
But no one has returned my emails or calls so I am stuck with these chairs the table I might add is great no problem but all 4 chairs have broken I told them the would was damaged on these chairs they were no good so I can never do business with this company again.
