Exquisite designs can be hard to find. Indeed, for many years aesthetes were expected to hotfoot it to Milan. Or else traipse around the cobbled streets of Copenhagen in search of new avenues of style. At Chaplins, we believe that you shouldn't have to cross borders to discover more of the designs you like.
I was fortunate enough to grow up in a furniture family so even though I wasn't working, I was learning through osmosis. Our main showroom is in Hatch End, Middlesex. Over the last two decades we've grown to over 25,000 sq ft of showroom space - a true one-stop shop where you can experience all of the best furniture and lighting brands up close.
We know that price is important. And while all of our designs follow the recommended retail prices (RRP) from our suppliers, we're determined never to be bested. It's why we decided to introduce our Chaplins Price Promise. A guarantee to try and match the price of a branded product should you find it on sale at another authorised UK retailer.

Chaplin's have the most beautiful furniture for your home. In addition they offer the customer a very friendly and professional service. I have placed two furniture orders with Chaplins and in both instances the process has been very smooth and they have provided very good communication throughout, despite all the current challenges we face with COVID. And of course the furniture was of very high quality. I would highly recommend Chaplins.

Over the last few years we've bought several items at Chaplins in their Hatch End branch. Every single time we are there, it is great customer service. We bought a table from here this year, the sales person was very knowledgeable, polite, professional and efficient when I placed the order. There was a delay as a result of COVID as the peice was being imported from Italy but the communiation was solid. When it did arrive the sales person (Ali) went above and beyond to get it to me. I geneuinely beleive he cares about his customer and their satification, what an asset. Anyway, a very positive experience, all of the above makes me want to use them again.

Being made to feel like the source of the covid pandemic. The foreign waitress couldn't understand us when we asked for a simple bottle of water and the other one had no volume control. The food was disappointing and pensioners portions then when we voiced our opinion with the owner he started shouting about us smelling of alcohol, when we didn't or don't even drink. Then starts yelling about getting out and don't bother coming back, no problem there, don't worry mate we wont!

I've just received my Webby Daybed and I'm thrilled with it. Chaplains is a very respectable and luxurious furniture store in Hatch End. A lot of ideas for the home and very very creative pieces they have. Found this red chair and ball chair. Staff are really friendly too. Store can get quite busy. There is parking available behind the store. Good choice of tables, mirrors, beds and lights.

I've been here a few times now to view different furniture as well as purchase. Staff are generally helpful and will give time, if needed. However, after a few visits I realised some members of staff didn't appear to have true knowledge of products and would just tell me anything that they thought would close out the question, eg I asked about the artist of a piece of work and was told that they didn't know because it was an exclusive piece but the artist is French.
They couldn't confirm the materials used either. It's disappointing, considering the price range. My experience makes me apprehensive to purchase here if I can get the product elsewhere.and you generally can.
