Bought a lot of furniture from Sinclairs over the years and they've always been brilliant. Bought a settee today and the sales consultants Tom and John were terrific. They were very helpful with a good sense of humour too - service with a smile! Delivery has been arranged in 2 days' which is far better than any other shop I've been to. Thanks

Recently purchased leather sofa and chair, on arrival I had noticed I chose the wrong colour. Informed the shop & they happily exchanged for the correct colour and I am now 100% happy. We visited Sinclairs to look for beds and were very impressed with the knowledge and enthusiasm of John. He was very patient, went to get more information when needed and helped us to decide which beds/mattresses would be best for our needs. The after-care was excellent, keeping us informed of when the beds would be available for delivery, and offering to keep them until we were ready (and finished decorating). The delivery team were also first-class - calling us to let us know delivery time and friendly & helpful on arrival. Highly recommended all-round!

Purchased a four seater reclining corner sofa. Within a month the end (reclining) sections had developed a physical dip in the cushions and were sunken below the adjoining cushions. After complaining to the manager, Joe Martin, and months of being 'fobbed off' being told that it was going to be sorted out by the sofa company representative, I eventually only had the two end sections replaced.

The same problem arose again. I was refused an entire replacement sofa. This store offers a twelve month no quibble guarantee - I certainly did not find this to be the case. Not impressed with the service and care received. Would certainly not recommend this store to anyone.

A big thank you to the kind lady who helped me to purchase a new mattress even though the shop was busy, there was no pressure to buy, the lady explained different mattresses, I found the one I liked and purchased one, Everything was explained with a smile, the price and the delivery date. Thank you to the lady who phoned me this morning Friday 21st February and said my mattress had arrived early and would be delivered this afternoon if that was ok. the delivery men have just been and delivered my mattress, they were very helpful, they took my old mattress away sinclairs do this for a small charge, also they took away the plastic covering, first class service from sinclairs. thank you mike

Excellent retailer and very reliable. I bought two divan beds, king and a super King size, excellent quality. They delivered the beds in an agreed time of one week. The super king bed frame broke, unfortunately, after a week due to a knot in the wooden frame. I contacted them and with out any delay they took the details and replaced it. I am very happy with their service and they are very friendly. I definitely recommend them as they are very reliable.
