The difference between an on-line only furniture store and Mondital is that we do have physical stores located in London with over 22,000 sq ft of exclusive Italian furniture on display. Most of our collections are made to order and take from 6 - 14 weeks to deliver depending on which manufacturer the items are produced by, on occasion we do have certain items in stock which can be delivered within 1 - 3 days. We have several payment options available, we accept Credit Card, Debit Card, Cheque and Bank Transfer.

First class service, will highly recommend this shop. James is a passionate and Very knowledgeable, polite person who is committed to customer satisfaction. I called to ask advice about a bed that I purchased in 2014, even though the store has discontinued this product James went above and beyond to resolve my queries. In the end James helped me find an alternative option.

Love Mondital furniture and have been buying from them for over 25 years. The customer service is great. I have recently bought more lovely furniture and I must say the salesman with initial J has worked there for years and he hasn't changed, he was welcoming and willing to answer any query with a smile for the smoothness of the orders. I also deal with another person also with the initial J, more to do with customer care and i was pleased. The delivery men were pleasant and got on with it. Max R

I have been buying from Mondtal Ltd for years now, from their Lewisham store in South East London and now from their Lea Bridge showroom. I want to particularly thank David, in the Lea Bridge showroom who is ever so polite, courteous and professional in dealing with my husband and myself. Wonderful staff James Samir David Joanne all absolutely beautiful people inside out! The furniture is superb made neatly and is very reliable. My mother has severe ocd and the staff is very understanding about this even the delivery men of mondital are very polite and understanding entire team is like angels I love you all
