Wow so many different styles of sofas to choice from. Atmosphere calm and no one to bother you. We fell in love with several sofas but needed to make final decision. Upon choosing our new leather sofas we were greeted by Tom who is the manager. Lovely polite young man who certainly knew his job extremely well. Tom put us at ease carefully going through all details of purchase, care plan etc and delivery. Went through normal procedures signing paperwork and paid a deposit. Tom gave us reassurance of what was what with delivery due to current circumstances.

We left extremely happy and delighted with our purchases. Highly recommend this company. Thank you very much Tom. I must say my delivery was earlier than scheduled. Delivery men were only young but extremely strong and quick at assembling the sofas. Both very good at their job nothing was to much trouble. Furniture beautifully made and so comfortable Italian leather.

Awful experience ordering online. We have previously purchased 2 seperate orders both from in store and have had fantastic experience. However this time we decided to make the new order online and that was a huge mistake. Firstly only half the order was delivered and the feet for the footstall was missing. I had to chase the order and get the missing items arranged.

We were told we would need to wait another 5 weeks for the feet and they couldn't even tell us where the other missing chair was. Eventually this arrived nearly 4 weeks after. I raised a formal complaint. However, here I am over a month since delivery and I am still waiting to speak to the management team of the web team. I am emailing and phoning every other day to chase the complainant, however nothing seems to happen. Never order online.

Terrible after sales service our coffee table arrived damaged we have spent two weeks and numerous phone calls to tru and get it collected and a refund given still no response.

Ordered a modular sofa in September and sofa came missing 2 sections in January. They are adamant they were delivered even though proof of delivery was a picture taken by their own delivery team shows the missing items. So I'm 5 weeks into a dispute with them asking when the rest of my sofa is coming. Customer service is absolutely useless and a complete waste of space.

Please guys avoid DFS, especially Brent Cross branch, save your money and buy quality sofas somewhere else. They have the worst customer service and management. I had 2 delivery attempts, they said that the sofas are not getting through. The manager started to blame me and said that I had to do the correct measurements and if I want a refund I qill end up paying 20% of the total price.

I requested that they should try to deliver the 2 seater sofa with their specialist team. Surprisingly, the guys delivered the sofa this time within 5 minutes! I have been waiting for my sofas for ages, even though I paid in full, yet the delivery isn't complete! The customer service is so useless as everytime I call to speak with the Brent Cross team, they tell me they can't put me through and the only thing they can do for me is sending an email to DFS Brent Cross! Bought suite there parked outside scs took longer and didn't realise ther is 2hr time limit fingers crossed we don't get the 100 fine.

Awful. Allowed to book delivery slots three times, not informed that my furniture actually wasn't ready to be delivered. 3 TIMES. Nothing but a waste of time. So many problems, the whole experience has been a shambles.

Ordered a chair in August! Totally digusted disappointed and very angry with your lack of customer service. Been promised 3 different delivery dates from November. Called on a weekly basis with same script. Allow 48 hours for customer services to call back and update me on my order nobody has in weeks. Delivery date today for Christmas so my disabled mum can sit in chair.

Who has recently had stroke. Delivery turned up without the chair. Called customer services who has promised to call me back. Guess I might recieve chair for Christmas next year. Avoid DFS as 5 months for a chair is disgusting.

There always seems to be a problem with deliver times not there fault. You see something like you pretty much want it in a few days that's not going to happen but they do have nice furniture and accessories if you dont mind the wait

Shocking service at Westwood Cross. Only 2 people on the shop floor and no-one speaks to you or looks at you. No apologies to say they are busy and will be with you as soon as they can. I have always used dfs for all my furniture but sadly this will now be the last!

Ordered a settee.this was My second visit as they were so busy last time I had to wait half hour to be seen.again had to wait 20 min.but Tom was knowledgeable.professional and could apologied enough for the wait.there was no hard sell technique.he just pointed out what might be needed. delivery times.and he checked and double checked our order. I actually wouldn't go anywhere else for my settee!.

Terrible Service, purchased a Suite from DFS last Year from Westwood cross despite Guarantees we have had to have service call 6 times as was Faulty when delivered Promises made and Broken. Chair seat is now nearly touching the Floor and still no repair in sight also foot stool stitching coming away from leather, when delivered told by one repair guy that there was nothing wrong so they sent someone who confirmed was faulty they did not change just repaired in our House. Go to SCS Brilliant service and good Quality products.

The assistant manager Rob was very patient with us and help us to choose the right sofa for us. Really nice chap, an absolute pleasure to deal with. Second time buying with DFS, I'll never go anywhere else. Go down and ask for Rob.

Ordered a table online and it was easy to do, we got a expected delivery in 13 weeks which was a bit of a shock it takes that long . Also would of expected there to be no delivery charge when we spend that much on a table chairs other than that the experience with dfs has been great upto now .

Scamming operation. Impossible to get through to anyone, but I made some inroads If you call 01229 828 568, you will (eventually, keep ringing) get through to the DFS supplier. Tell them you're calling from the DFS store you bought the sofa from (pretend you are an employee there chasing a customer's order). They will ask for you 'acknowledgement number' but just say it's not showing up and give them your Order Number. Then, they will be able to tell you exactly where your sofa is and when it will be loaded onto the shipment. NB: DFS PR automatically responds with bull*** when anyone posts a negative review, so do ignore that.

Waited a good hour and half to see a salesperson without any luck but they were extremely busy (Saturday). They had good quality sofas, massive range to suit both your needs and budget. 4 years interest free credit available. VERY helpful staff here, didn't feel pressured or pushed. Honest and truthful information. Well looked after. Purchased a great all singing and dancing sofa. Very pleased.

I just bought a DFS sofa, I went to this store with the hope to buy one that day. I asked twice for assistance and nobody came but there was loads of staff milling around? I got forgotten about! I just went home and ordered it online after waiting for 20 minutes with no service!

I know that DFS is the kind of furniture store that constantly has a sale on, but sometimes it really isworth taking te trip down to chose you next sofa. What I would advice is taking your pick and then keeping you eye on the prices, because murphy's law states that as soon as you buy the price will go down.

I've just bought a house and so will need to furnish it. Having lived in rented accomodation up until now, my houses have always been furnished so I'm new to all this. I need a new sofa and I thought that DFS qould be a good place to go. They are advertised frequently on TV and they always seem to have a sale on so we had a look. To be honest, I wasn't very impressed.

The shop was well presented, there were plenty of staff on hand to help but I felt the sofas and chairs were over priced. To be fair, there was a lot of choice and you could order most suits in different colours but overall, for the price, I don't think that the suits were that good. I think that for the sale prices, which was generally half off the original price, it wasn't bad but there is no way on earth I would pay the full price.

I suppose thats why they have so many sales, it must be a ploy becasue they are most certainly not worth the original price. Not bad, but I've found better in other shops.
