Monday - Customer contacts our team, asking for us to furnish 12 apartments ready for weekend bookings. BM Furniture offers a range of services to help make sure your property maximises it's earning potential. The BM Furniture Team can get your Caravans and Lodges ready for rental or resale quicker than anyone else in the area.
The BM Furniture Team work with a number of North West home builders to help them get their Show Homes ready. Our own in-house design team will work with you on choosing the perfect furniture and styling ranges to compliment your property and maximise the space available. We design a scheme with you, making sure your show home is as good on the inside as it is on the outside!

We bought a beautiful dining table from here a few months ago. Great service and we were even able to get the table delivered the same day, which we were very grateful for. Very friendly staff and we weren’t made to feel like our children were an inconvenience, as we felt in other places whilst on the hunt for our table. Excellent quality but you get what you pay for and this was good value for such a nice table.

The guys at BM are great. Their expertise and understanding of what we wanted helped us to buy the perfect sofas. In store they are friendly and knowledgeable, and they answered our many questions remotely, too. They arranged a delivery time that was convenient for us, including collection of our old furniture, and stayed in contact throughout. Great service - will definitely keep in mind for future furniture shopping!

Ordered a glass coffee table which was delivered at the start of lockdown. As we are shielding we asked the delivery men to leave it in our hallway. On inspection it had no packaging, was filthy and damaged in several places. Emailed the firm immediately but still waiting for a response. Even in these difficult times I would have thought someone would have had the courtesy to reply by now.

Just taken delivery of the comfiest thing I've ever had the pleasure of placing my behind on. Amazing customer service, from initial contact on Facebook Johnny was very very helpful. I visited there showroom and again it was such a pleasant experience, Steve was amazing, no hassle, no pressure he just left me to look at my own pace and when I said I wanted to go away and make sure the sofa would fit in my house he was fine. Further communication with Johnny led me to purchase and again it was all such a pleasure. Delivered today by 2 extremely helpful chaps, nothing was any trouble. I would highly recommend B&M furniture and I won't hesitate buying from here.

Unfortunately not a good experience. problem with damaged items and items missing and incorrect fixtures. admin staff very rude with awful customer skills. you wouldn't have thought I was the paying customer spending hundreds of pounds the way I was spoken to and dealt with. Going forward I would perhaps recommend a training course in customer service skills for the member of staff.
Delivery staff lovely and very helpful. *Update to your reply. Regarding the level of support, I would expect any retailer to replace scratched furniture, and deliver chairs that where paid for and not initially delivered and replace the wrong fixtures on the sofa. All of which I didn't make a fuss off, however having then being spoke to the way I have I feel the need to bring it up.
As for the telephone call, it was a number of telephone encounters. This member of staff is clearly just unprofessional. Just to be clear I didn't have an issue with paying up front hence the hundreds of pounds I did pay upfront and I certainly did not say it shouldn't apply to me.my issue was the fact having already received faulty furniture I wanted to make sure everything was fine this time before laying out more money, but was more than happy to pay over the phone while the drivers were still at the property once it has been checked.all of which I explained on the phone call. Please note in general I don't leave negative feedback but on this occasion I feel it is necessary.
