I received two sofa's. I opened them both after 5 days as this was the only time we could install. The first order was fine and the other was delivered with a rip on the corner which is an obvious manufacturing fault on the stitching of which images were provided etc The company refused to accept any liability and we are left with one faulty sofa.
I am going through the process of having to contact the ombudsman to resolve this issue, and quite frankly this is the worst customer service I have ever received. They are saying that this wasn't delivered with a fault but why the images clear show it is where the stitching is and not a delivery or user fault. It is clear manufacturing defect

Wanted to buy a sofa that we liked from a high street store then found the same sofa online for 900 cheaper than the other companies. Was extremely reluctant to purchase through a company that I had never heard of but reading the reviews I made my own conclusion that the majority of reviews seemed to be extremely positive with few negative comments and some of these negative ones appearing to be false Anyway ordered on Monday morning and received a call an hour later asking if we could take delivery today(Wednesday).
The two lads that delivered were extremely professional and helpful and a credit to the company. Really glad that I took a chance and purchased from here. The chair itself is lovely and of really good quality.

The 2 seater sofa is really lovely and comfortable. This review would have been 5 star if it hadn't been for the shocking "con" over the assembly 50 charge. This took the delivery men 5 minutes maximum to take off the corrugated thick paper and clingfilm and to wind on the feet. As the advert had said some assembly was required I felt that meant tools would be required, drills and/ or screwdrivers. No, just your own hands!
The advert for this sofa should say no tools required so customers have a clearer picture of what assembly means. I am furious that I paid that unnecessarily! Buyers beware.ask what assembly is required!

Customer service was okay until I had an issue I urge you guys NOT to let them get away with what they did to us. You see those 3 seater recliners they're selling, the photos below show 1 year light usage on them. Here is my story. We bought 4 x 3 seaters from these guys which they claimed to be genuine leather. Whilst the models in store were comfy the ones we received were not and the material was different to what was on display in store.
When we complained they said no you just haven't broke them in, and refused a return unless I pay 400. After 9 months their sofas started to peel off. We rang them up and they said it's probably because we've been sitting too much on them ( we work 60 hours a week) or we wear jeans, and they started to get threatening on the phone when we said we want replacements or a return as it's not even been a year.
None of us wear jeans. It is usually just me and my wife sitting on these 3 seater sofas as our adult children refuse to sit on them due to how uncomfortable they were. We also work 10 hours a day most days a week so we this is the result from light use, the fact they didn't replace is disgusting I've attached photos of the sofas so you can see what you expect with a year of light use. Please don't let them fool you, we're over 2200 down the hole. Allah is watching.

Absolutely sensational service from start to finish. Everyone I've dealt with have been really friendly and helpful, which is becoming rare in the modern day. Ordered late on a Sunday and delivery arranged for Thursday morning and I could not be happier with the sofa. Delivery guys were fantastic and super quick. Outstanding company

Delivery was fast and efficient and delivery guys were great. Quality however was poor wooden frame can be felt through material. Plastic legs that won't last long over very cheaply built and quite uncomfortable This was a cheap set really however I've spent the same and recieved far far better quality in the past will spend more and try in a store in future

I have just now received a phone call for the order confirmation from a gentleman for arm chairs that I have placed an order last night, now I understand why people love this company soo much and praise their services and products and prices, amazing company and these people deserves far more than 5 stars. Thank you very much Amazing sofas and design, i wish i had storage cos would buy 20 of them, i hope manufacturer doesnt stop producing this model cos it is amazing for commercial and office use.

Firstly the bargain price of our sofa set (Oakland Tan Suede 2+2 Seater Sofa Set) made me pretty weary of what the quality would be like / if it would even show up at all - I was so wrong to doubt FurnitureInstore! The price of 684 for a set of two beautiful 2 seater sofas was INCREDIBLE and I placed the order late night on a Saturday; the telephone call on the Monday morning to arrange free standard delivery was ideal as it gave me the option to say yes or no to the date and time suggested (the Wednesday at 6am - perfect for us as super quick wait time and early enough to be out of the house to get things done during the day); the delivery service THE BEST possible - a call 10 minutes before they arrived, and the two most polite, cheerful faces at 5:50am who were efficient yet absolutely considerate of our neighbours at that time of day, and were so careful with our doorways and flooring, making sure not to hit or scratch anything (worth noting that we were their first delivery of the day in North Devon from their base in Birmingham, having left there at 2-something in the morning!). Lastly we are SUPER IMPRESSED by the quality and comfort of our sofas (the seats will ease in and soften within the first day of sitting on them). All in all, from someone who never writes reviews, thank you very much FurnitureInstore and people, make sure you buy from them!

I ordered a pair of sofas back in December whilst carrying out redecorating of our living room. I held off delivery until I had finished. The price was low the delivery service was first class and when the sofas arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the quality. The delivery team even assisted me getting the sofas in through a window as they were too big to get in through the front door. Fantastic service great quality product and professional service.

Found this company online looking for a particular sofa and was very impressed with the quality, cost and service I received. Delivery time was excellent and the delivery men were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Assembled the sofas for a very reasonable extra charge and took all the packaging away. Could not recommend this company more highly and I would definitely buy from them again.

The sofa was amazing. The best thing that happen in my sitting room. The order was straight forward. Delivery information was made to me all the time.
