I have been using our sofa bed quite a lot recently and it became apparent that the mattress had seen better days. I decided to search online for a reasonably priced replacement and was fortunate to discover the Sofa Bed Gallery. The small double coil sprung mattress was a great price and would be perfect to upgrade our sofa bed. Once ordered I received a phone call to offer me a delivery slot the very next day! The mattress is now installed and I gave it a test run last night, works just fine, problem solved. Excellent service and an absolute bargain, many thanks.

I have never posted a Google review before but I am going to for Chris at the Sofabed Gallery! He has been speedy, helpful, polite and really understanding during moments of indecision during a stressful house move. They make so much more of an effort with customer service than a big sofa company like DFS.

We recently bought a second-hand Sofology sofabed and wanted to replace the awful sprung mattress. There's not many places to get replacements but we found SofaBed Gallery online and a couple of other sellers, Sofabed Gallery replied straight away (some others didn't at all!) and they were incredibly helpful, informative, patient and friendly. We ended up purchasing a large double memory foam sofabed mattress from them which arrived within 24 hours of the order and is just what we wanted.
It's good quality, and has a nice washable cover on it. The memory foam is thick enough that it hides the feel of the slats and supports, in a way which the previous sprung one didn't at all! Overall we are VERY happy with the whole process, the customer service, and the product. Thank you Sofabed Gallery!

I really didn't think I could get a replacement Sofa Bed Mattress, then my Sister found the Sofa bed Gallery website. The ordering process was surprisingly easy and my mattress arrived when expected and I had my first good nights sleep in a long time that night. I wanted to say a massive thank you to both Chris and Richard from The Sofabed Gallery, who both responded to my query emails promptly. The customer service received has been excellent. I would definitely recommend.

Huge mistake buying from them. HUGE. The mattress we bought was for our Sofa bed and was the " Ultimate pocket sprung " one. The most expensive one. Nothing ultimate about it. Few days later it squashed down to couple of inches ( from 4.5 inches ). So much that the feeling was as we were sleeping on the slats without having any mattress at all. When I phoned them up they told me it's absolutely normal and I should keep turning the mattress around from time to time. Slats were imprinted on the mattress. Never ever want to hear about them. Never.

This has got to be one of the best purchases I have ever made - and I am so happy about it. Not only is it so well made, extremely comfortable - it is beautiful. It is perfect for a little cottage. We are so very pleased with the support from customer services and the incredible help from the delivery guys! I can't rate you all high enough! I highly recommend! A good selection of sizes, one-day free delivery and extremely helpful on the phone regarding delivery time. I am delighted with the slimline mattress. The new one is replacing one bought in 1984 and sleeping on it was torture. So all of you with worn-out uncomfortable sofabed mattress, go-on get a better nights sleep and use Sofabed Gallery for your choice.
