Ordered some garden furniture in their website and it got lost with the courrier. Was then told by customer service rep Daniel that the item was no longer available and I would get a refund. I went back in the website to see that the item was still in stock and I had been lied to to make Daniels life easier. Asked to order it again with a discount or free express shipping as I had already been waiting over 3 weeks and was told that there was nothing they could give me. Never had such bad and lazy customer service. DONT BUY FROM THEM ONLINE!

The cafe/restaurant is a great place to meet up with a group of people. There were 12 of us at our last visit and they saved us a space with plenty of room for everyone. The food is very good with a good choice of menu. We will definitely go again soon.

Good choice of plants and garden accessories. We went into Rosies cafe for a cuppa and a snack. Excellent choice of food, really nice staff. Definitely would go there again

Staff really helpful and patient here. Looking to fill a border in our garden and staff member really helped with some great knowledge on what plants would best suit the area we were planting, what soil was required and guide to caring for them long term

The food is always tasty at Rosie's cafe and all the staff are very friendly and hard working. We are rarely disappointed with the food. Only criticism is the coffee in the lattes is a bit strong. But that is personal taste. There are now a lot more varied plants in the garden centre than before lockdown and it has been tidied up as before lockdown it appeared a little cluttered. Well done to Sefton Meadows and staff. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed!

Very expensive and although the staff where polite and attentive they had virtually no knowledge of the plants that they were selling. I asked a question re' a Rose Plant and they suggested that I return on Monday and ask one of the nursery staff, apparently they don't work Sundays.

Some lovely plants but in great need of a bit of water. Some plants were bone dry. Pls invest in your plants + your plants will sell easily. Tou have alot of staff on the tills or around that area. Maybe designate 1 or 2 staff on the plants area outside. You have a great spacious site + lovely tea room. Clothes line is classy, good quality especially for the bigger lady like myself. I enjoyed my afternoon at Sefton Meadows today. I gave it 3 stars because of the dry plants only.

We visited for breakfast and it was a little disappointing the "large" was I would say average and everything was dry, we were also charged an extra 2.39 each for the included (super strong) coffee as we upgraded to large. The only saving grace was the pleasant young man who served us.

Excellent value breakfast in the coffee shop and good value car valeting. The garden centre is currently undergoing renovation in outdoor plant area so not a huge choice currently. However indoor plants/sundries/gifts etc are still available
