Country Oak provides handmade and handbuilt quality Oak furniture of both traditional and comtemporary design. As well as stock items the business makes bespoke projects ranging from individual items of furniture to entire kitchens. The business offers short courses in woodworking, at present there 1 day courses in furniture making, door making, drawer making, pockethole joinery and a 2 day course in furniture making. The emphasis on the courses is fun and a sense of achievement. The courses are delivered by a qualified adult educator who makes his living from cabinet making. The business also makes bespoke packing cases for private and commercial clients.The business operates out of a modern and well equipped workshop at the Brawdy Business Park near Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire - the owner lives near Fishguard. Visitors are welcome to the workshop or home by appoinment.
