We just bought a customized bed from them and it’s just amazing. We got the bed earlier than what we initially agreed on, and Simon was really helpful and understanding when we were making changes, and he was very professional during the delivery & assembly! I cannot recommend these guys enough! Visiting their store is much better than just going online!

Great shop selling lovely, high quality wooden furniture. Their show room always has some great pieces and they've got even more that can be made to order. I ordered a bed and matching bedside tables from Greenwoods and they are built solid and have a lovely finish exactly as we wanted. Simon is really keen to make sure you get exactly what you want and is a natural problem solver.

He can pretty much have anything made to your exact specifications and is always quick to reply to any emails. If I need any more wood furniture I won't bother looking elsewhere!

Thrilled with my Super King sustainably sourced reclaimed wood bed. Simon was quick to answer any queries, flexible with delivery dates and offered a completely bespoke service.

After looking around the internet we found Green Woods and we were attracted by the prices, genuine photos and honest descriptions. We were buying online so we had some reservations about being so far away, and not seeing the goods in person but both the quality of the bed and the service are exceptional! I urge people to get them while they can as they are excellent products with great service at fair prices.

From beginning to end the service from Green Woods was second to none in every way. Any queries were answered promptly and personally, and friendly help and advice was always on hand. Thought and care were put into making sure our order was perfect. The furniture, mattresses and accessories when they arrived even exceeded expectations in both appearance and comfort and were delivered and installed with the same care and attention to detail.

It's such a good feeling to sleep in a chemical-free bed and to know that the furniture has been created with the environment in mind. Our king size plank bed is absolutely beautiful. The build and finish is flawless and ordering, buying and arranging delivery via email was a doddle. The delivery men were lovely and were super quick to assemble the bed, and took the time to give me basic care instructions etc. while they were there on top of the care guide. We hope to be ordering more furniture soon!

I did a lot of online searching for sustainable furniture for my first home and liked that Green Woods Furniture were not only using responsible, reclaimed wood but also that they and their manufacturers were based in the UK. I absolutely love my plank dining table (which I've dubbed my 'viking table' because of its size and solidity). You can tell it's well made and will last. The delivery and setup was fantastic too, friendly and lots of information about caring for such a beautiful piece of furniture. Am very happy.

We have purchased 4 pieces of furniture from Greenwoods over the last 6 years and have been really pleased the the quality and service. The most recent purchase was a bespoke pair of wardrobes which fit perfectly into the space. Thanks to Simon we were able to design a functional and aesthetically pleasing piece of furniture which we will be able to take with us if we ever move. So much better than a built in thing, and probably cheaper too. And good to know it's all sustainably sourced.

I have been very impressed by Simon and his team. We have a very narrow staircase and he visited prior to delivery (from Bristol to Oxford) to ensure that the furniture fit up our stairs. They were delivered and assembled and moved into position for us. We were asked about the most convenient delivery time and had this arranged to the hour. The furniture itself is sturdy, well built and traditional.

We had it made to measure, the finish specified and handles to our request. Nothing like the flat pack or even JL furniture. We bought 2 book cases, a chest of drawers, a linens box and two bedside tables. I cannot believe what good value they are.

So friendly and helpful. Took me a while to choose the right bed for me. They didn't mind me coming in over a month. Going 'Maybe I will have this one. O no I love this one" I eventually chose and I'm lying on it now. while typing. I keep looking at it. I was looking for a couple of wooden shelves to lay across some decorative, but by now empty, wine crates to make a storage unit. My internet searches all came up with dimensions that did not fit, but then I came across Green Woods who will make to any size. The larger shelf arrived in perfect condition and the reclaimed look was just right with the travel-worn crates.

However the smaller shelf had split in transit - Green Woods were marvellous, replaced it with no questions asked and kept me informed of progress all the way through. First class goods and first class customer service.
