Unlike many other companies we only ask you to pay a deposit of 20% of your order value on placing your order on line. The balance will not become payable until the goods are in stock and you are ready for delivery. These are the same terms we offer in our stores.
We go to great lengths to ensure that everything we sell is of the highest quality and all our furniture is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of delivery. Obviously, fair wear and tear is excluded but should there be any manufacturing defects in that 2 year period we guarantee we will repair the product or if we are unable to repair it will replace it free of charge.
Of course for that extra piece of mind you can also invest in our Guardsman 5 year protection plan. Guardsman's 5 year cover lets you relax and enjoy your new investment, with our fabric cover any spills will be taken care of and if you purchase a leather sofa you will get the additional cover against rips, tears, burns or scratches. We called in this morning to look at options for replacing our worn out sofa and chair. We were greeted by Sal who offered his assistance if we needed any advice, he then left us to it, to browse at our leisure with no pressure or sales talk. Once we had narrowed down our options Sal gave us really good practical advice and left us to make our choice without influencing or trying to persuade us to go for something we didn't really want. We were very happy with our experience and the process for completing our order and payment. We would highly recommend Doorway to Value and Sal in particular.

Myself and my partner couldn't recommend DTV enough. We had a bit of a traumatic time with the sofa not fitting upstairs etc, but honestly, the customer service we couldn't fault. Everyone we spoke to was extremely helpful and lovely, and I just know we wouldn't have received the same service from anyone else. From our original sale through John, customer service colleagues when checking for updates, to the numerous delivery drivers - we honestly couldn't thank you enough!! The sofa we have is amazing and incredible quality.

After a great experience ordering our living room suite from here, we had no hesitation of where to look when it came to investing in new bedroom furniture. Excellent service from Kelly Langton who ordered us the samples we needed and took the time to help us solve our storage problems by building a wardrobe which maximises our space! On 19 September 2020 we bought a dining table and chairs and a Beaufort Chair to match the sofa bed John sold us last time. Well, that's the best afternoon's entertainment I've had since working at the local garden centre! Some peoole are made for retail and Ian Parr is one of them. He even makes a good cup of tea! Having watched me wandering aimlessly about with assorted cushions attempting to match the seemingly unmatchable, he breezed in to rescue me from my dilemma with patience, skill and a lot of humour...no, downright silliness actually!...and of course the aforementioned tea, with the result that I now have on order two sofas from completely different ranges, which will sit beautifully , almost together, in different areas of my open plan scheme. Hoorahhh...! And thankyou so much Mr. Parr!!

Found all the staff to be extremely polite and friendly. We were helped by Jason to choose our suite and found his knowledge and desire for customer satisfaction to be a breath of fresh air, focusing on what would be right for us. In the lighting department, Natasha also has the same customer focus and we left two happy customers.
