A very good furniture showroom with lots to offer a good range of designer makes at average prices. The only small downer was every so often a salesperson would appear and ask if you folks ? Where all right and do you need any help, but after you politely said no thank you they disappeared back into a wardrobe. Friendly place.

Our dining table and sideboard were delivered early Dec but we were advised of a 6 week delay for the chairs. When they were finally delivered on 12th February and both my wife and I immediately said "that's the wrong colour". Forrest sent an inspector with swabs. These showed that the colour supplied was as invoiced. We referred back to the store and the sales staff who had handled our order explaining that the salesperson had shown us various swabs and we elected to go with the lightest colour (which we thought was also the one on display).
Apparently the display is a darker shade and that is what went onto our order and has been supplied. I'm not trying to cast blame, we may have helped cause the confusion at the point of sale, but, I expect Forrest to offer help rather than stand their ground highlighting that they supplied as per the invoice. The chairs have not been used and we waited twice as long as quoted to get them so I'd expect a more considerate response from Forrest.

Good selection of furniture. Quality is of high level and the variation on offer spoils you for choice. If course, this is accompanied by a higher price tag which is warranted for some items but others not so much. Overall if you're looking for quality stuff that will last a long time and looks great then this place is ideal
