From the moment I ordered a dressing table (Devon Bardolino Double Pedestal Dressing Table), I received regular updates by phone and email from the company, on the status of the delivery. The delivery arrived promptly on the day it was expected, by two pleasant and professional delivery men. The dressing table was already constructed, so no flat-pack construction required. It was so well packed and protected, and is a very well made piece of furniture, as well as reasonably priced. A very professional company to buy from.

Brilliant price 169 for a mirrored 6 chest of drawers. This company emailed me every day to keep me informed on when it was going to be delivered to them so they could arrange the delivery to me. That date was extended by 2 weeks but I was kept informed. When the guys arrived to deliver it. They brought it up 1 flight of stairs as I live in flats and also into my bedroom as that's where I purchased them for.

They also explained the easiest way to remove them from the packaging and to also keep the box in tact as I'd there was any damage the drawers would need to be returned in it. Very useful information and I'd of been fuming if they were damaged and I could get a refund cos I ripped the box to pieces. I ordered the white Cisco TV Stand, brilliant service throughout. Arrived earlier than expected, great communication from Delivery staff and they were very professional. TV stand was really easy to build, didn't need any tools either! Even after receiving my order the staff remained in touch and emailed to check everything was good. Highly recommend.

I ordered the antoinette mirrored sideboard as it looks beautiful. It's more amazing in real life. Very well structured and everyone comments how beautiful it is. Ordering was easy and I was updated on delivery soon after ordering. The man who delivered was lovely too very polite and helpful. He even helped me unpack it so I could check it over. CFS what can I say I'm from Birmingham and I was looking for a dinning table for a while just couldn't seem to fine the 1 I was looking for. I nearly gave up but then I started to search out off the area just may be I thought I will find 1 lol 2 be honest i lost hope. And then I came across a few places which I been to on the way and CFS was the last 1.

I poped into it may seem small from the outside but it's big inside and I know parking ain't great but it's worth it a great variations of dinning table to side tables clocks, mirrors, wardrobes ect you can check out the website and even have a virtual walkthrough that's exactly what your looking at as if your there. A 5* from me Great service to the gentleman who we spoke understood exactly what we wanted.

The white marble table with 6 velvet chair was delivered on time they called me to book a time and also called when they were on route the delivery lads were great so Thanks again Will shop again soon

Very happy with our New Oak sideboard and impressed by the craftsmanship. Great comms through to delivery, an option to select a delivery day, and a two man delivery right into the house. Plus a courtesy call to check I was happy with the product.

The delivery persons were very helpful. The table once unpacked was in perfect condition. Easy to assemble very heavy. If you didn't have able bodied assistance might be worth paying the assembly fee. Can strongly recommend this company for value and service. PS sorry about short phone call but was ascending bus

Excellent customer service from this company. Brilliant communication from start to finish. Furniture delivered on time, in excellent condition and really nice quality. It said it was to assemble but apart from putting a handle on the drawer there was nothing to do. The driver communicated and turned up on time, and just in time for Christmas. Very happy with the purchase of two Rauch wardrobes from CFS. Had them delivered and assembled. The two man team were excellent in the way they brought the considerable parts of the wardrobe into the house and assembling the wardrobes.

This store is kinda interesting and stocked with plenty to look at. The staff appeared helpful and welcoming. Customers are allowed to wander freely. Sadly there was a lack of variety. I was looking to purchase a sofa but the sofa collection is made up mainly of leather and pretty much all the same design. The few material sofas were affordable but the material was cheap and would need replacing within a couple of years in an average family home.

The store has good selection of beds and other items all affordable. The theme throughout the entire store is "sparkling", if your into mirrors with sparkling frames, pictures all designed to shine and covered with glossy fake diamonds then your in for a treat but there's little else, again no variety all the same theme. It's worth a visit just to have a look around if setting up a new home maybe on tight buget. Once was enough for me.

Ordered 2 marble tables. Was given a time for delivery and they rang about 15 minutes before. Tables were excellent quality and a competitive price. The tops had to be bolted on and one bolt was missing, I contacted CFS and it was sent out straight away. I would highly recommend CFS and will use them again.

Ordered this online fully aware it wasn't in stock and expected it to arrive in 8 weeks. They called me a week later with a new delivery date. When it came into the warehouse they rang to let me know. Couldn't have asked for better updates/contact.

My order was delayed from the suppliers but I was informed personally, by telephone, and given a new delivery date. I was contacted before this date and my order was actually delivered four days early and I had a phone call afterwards to ensure I was happy with everything. Such lovely, personal service which is not always prevalent these days.

This was a standard item available from many retailers but not only did Choice offer a very competitive price but they also backed it up with excellent communications to advise us of the status of the order. We were offered a choice of delivery slots and the item arrived as promised.

Bought a glass extendable table and 4 chairs. It was the best price I could find for this particular table and chairs. Paid a deposit and remainder a couple of weeks later when delivery was confirmed. Delivery was on the day promised with a phone call from the driver half an hour before. Friendly delivery driver, very well packaged (it is a glass table) and table looks perfect in our new kitchen.

I absolutely love this company. They saved my sanity when moving house. They were easy to deal with, friendly, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They even price matched an item for me which in turn enabled me to buy all four pieces of bedroom furniture I wanted from them rather than 3 pieces from them and 1 piece from another supplier.

They kept in constant touch regarding the delivery and their delivery team were fab. We live in a 3 storey house and their team took the bedroom furniture to the top of the house without complaining and were extremely careful not to mark my walls unlike another team from another company who were rude and complained. As a result we have since been back to CFS to buy more furniture and lamps. I have recommended this company to all my friends.

I have recently bought some furniture from this company, I would recommend this company to anyone. On the day I placed my order online I was informed of an estimated delivery date, later I was advised of a delivery day and could confirm as to whether or not it was acceptable. On the delivery day two very helpful and polite men delivered my order and carried into my lounge.

The furniture is of a very high well made standard and looks more expensive than it was. I am pleased with this firm in every regard and would definitely buy from them again.
