A World Of Furniture A world of furniture has been trading for over 15 years and provides solid wood furniture for every home.
We have a huge amount in stock including Vancouver Oak from Besp-oak, Devonshire Pine's Solid Oak ranges and of course their extensive pine ranges, Tarka, Heron, Badger, Old Mill etc, also the One Range from Hereford Furniture and many many more.

We deliver to most areas and have use our own vans and 2 man delivery teams who will put the furniture wherever it needs to go and not only that but we will also take the packaging and recycle it.
We have 4 stores in Salisbury (15 years), Blandford (8 years), Poole (now in its 3rd year) and now open in Chandlers Ford!!
We provide you with not just the best there is to offer in solid wood furniture at the best prices but also a good service to go with it, from the moment that you step into our stores to time we arrive at your door with your delivery.
Also to help the environment as much as possible for every piece of furniture that you buy we will plant a tree, we have been running this scheme for the last 2 years and to date we have planted over 35,000 trees!!

About Us Report
A World of Furniture was started by husband and wife Mark and Lucy Hotson in a small unit in Salisbury near to Tesco's on the Southampton Road (which is now a little bigger and now consists of 3 units), Mark fondly recalls the moment of the first delivery which was on his own in an old transit van (we all have to start somewhere!).

Went to buy a TV unit. I wasn't sure which size to buy. The guys in the shop were extremely helpful. There was no hard sell. Went to collect with my daughter and they put it in the car for us. Definitely worth a visit and really pleased with our purchase

Bit of a mission to find but worth it. Ordered a chesterfield and chair. Lots of quirky cupboards and incidental furniture along with beds and dining tables etc etc. Oh and a hand car wash next door so you can give your vehicle a treat as well as yourselves.

Great furniture at reasonable prices. A company that also stand true to their warranty. Had an issue with my dining room table and they replaced it with no quibble. Love my ox bow table and will definitely return when I require more furniture. Definitely worth a visit. Funature is in my opinion better than other places we visited when looking for a dinning table.
