We purchased sliding wardrobes, a set of drawers, and a bedside cabinet from this company, all perfectly coordinated and of excellent quality. The service provided was outstanding. The wardrobes were expertly installed in our property, and we are thoroughly satisfied with every aspect. We will certainly recommend and return for future purchases. Ordered my Kent bedroom furniture by phone. Lady who dealt with my order was helpful and so professional. Came earlier than expected. Two delivery men took items upstairs to bedrooms. Very nice and so obliging. Quality looked great and looked expensive. All items fully assembled. Only thing was to put handles on but that was no problems.

Ordered a complete bedroom set from the Bedrom Shop - very impressed with the service. I was left to look at all the furniture without being hassled and when I had decided what I wanted, the service was excellent. Furniture was delivered within the quoted time and the lads did a great job getting it up a narrow staircase. All packaging taken away too! Have recommended your store to a friend already! I had spoken with Garry about some potential built in wardrobes for our new home. He quickly arranged for Ady to come and visit us and provide us with a cost and timescale as well as show us the wide selection available. Turned up on time and was a pleasure to deal with so we decided to book the wwork in. Ady and his team turned up on the date as agreed and they worked flawlessly.

Excellent service and delivery came on the time they gave me will use again

Delivery took longer than specified but that was down to manufacturer issues with supply of parts and COVID. My emails were responded to promptly and I was kept updated during the delay and offered a refund should I not want to keep waiting. Some transport damage to one item when delivered but that was dealt with quickly and replacement parts delivered within a week. Very happy with the furniture and way the Bedroom Shop handled everything.

Tried to use this local business to buy my bedroom furniture today but unfortunately they could not get back to me to discuss reasonably how to do it. Having rang 3 times to try to deal the proprietor decided not to bother for reasons unexplained. Will use IKEA. Big shame.

I needed a mattress urgently, I had rung a couple of retailers to no avail. I spoke to the bedroom shop and the customer service was exceptional, they checked if there was a mattress in stock and arranged next day delivery, even putting my delivery first thing as my husband was being discharged after a long stay in hospital. All the employees were kind, courtious and kept me up to date with progress. The mattress was delivered at the agreed time and the delivery drivers very helpful. I would highly recommend this company due to excellent customer service they provided.

Had a delivery this week of a sliding wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets. I highly recommend the bedroom shop, from start to finish everything was dealt with very efficiently. I was so made up once everything was assembled on delivery and that everything was left very tidy. From start to finish it took only 10 days which was brilliant, not forgetting the price of the items too i cant fault anything.

Excellent wardrobe, high quality materials, it took few weeks to be delivered but it deserves the waiting. They sent 2 professional guys for assembly and the result was better than what I expected

In my opinion it is the best place to buy a bed, so many options you really can't go wrong, staff are brilliant
