From start to finish tradepip! Have been fantastic. Personal visits from Grant to talk us through everything, advising us and helping us choose exactly what we needed to make our bathroom lovely was great. He communicated with us virtually every day to make sure things were going as planned. He coordinated with the various tradesmen to ensure that everything was done when it was supposed to be.

Although I didn't meet the plasterer he did a lovely job. James the plumber completed all of the plumbing, tile work and final finishing. His standard of pipe work is spot on. Good traditional copper pipe work, no plastic push fit rubbish which I was very pleased about. Our shower room is now finished and we are enjoying hot POWERFUL showers which before we had the new pressurised cylinder fitted were less than useless.

Really impressed with the service that Grant & Gary have provided! The whole process was really easy from getting the initial quote using the online form to the processes of payment & receipts. Very professional. We came across a small problem with the hob/splash back not being fixed properly, Grant arranged for someone to sort this issue out promptly. I had the tiles fitted yesterday by Gary and he did an excellent job! I highly recommend

TradePip did a complete bathroom refit for me which looks amazing, they were very flexible when water damage was discovered and the job had to be extended so that they could complete it to a high standard. they even sent someone out of hours when I had a leak which turned out to be unrelated to the work being done. They provided reassurance that work would be completed safely in light of COVID and they did so professionally. Online payment and paper work was done easily online.

I moved into a new home and wanted to buy a number of things. Grant took the time to go through furniture options and what I was thinking about. I showed him some photos and he was able to get me a much better deal.The first wardrobe and draws that I was interested in, was unfortunately discontinued, but Grant was able to use his expertise to suggest another range which was better than the ones I originally wanted.

I did not want to put any of the furniture together, but this was not an issue as Grant was able to provide support with this. All COVID protocols were adhered too and the furniture is amazing.
