This is the second time purchasing salon furniture and equipment. The first was during Covid. Ali was fabulous and although they were all super busy delivering at this time as many salon owners took this time out of work to refit salons, he was always an amazing communicator and always answered to any queries I had! There is nowhere else I would go to for any of my salon needs. Ali is amazing and so are the rest of the team! Thank you DIR you guys are FABULOUS

Finally! Furniture seems to be very good quality, hence 4 stars. However excuse after excuse was made about delivery times (told 2 weeks and arrived after 8 weeks!) - it took lots of phone calls to get an actual answer and exact delivery date.
