This was a first-class service from start to finish. The quality of the finished product (fully fitted bedroom) leaves the competition in its wake. Ian and the team really know what they're doing. The craftsmanship of the installer Billy was amazing. They're already designing my next room with more to follow. When you a great company like this, keep hold of them.!

Had our spare room transformed into the most fabulous office space with additional storage space, lighting included. A big thank you to Billy the fitter and to M2M for their input from start to finish. The quality of the furniture is second to none along with their friendly approach.

Just had a pantry built into the garage and it has completely transformed the area. Billy has been installed to such a high standard I will definitely use them again.

Great service from Steve clare and Billy. I wouldn't look anywhere else and was recommended based on quality and service. We had a large bedroom sliding doors fitted, bespoke shelving and all matching colours. It was all Fitted and done in one day and communication was good all the way through. Selecting colours size and style was very easy and on the day, the job was done quickly and tidied up well. Would highly recommend and would use again.

Travelled all the way from Wigan and saying it was gonna shut at 16:30 got here at 13:00 and it was shut on Monday. This is clearly incorrect information provided by the business. I'm really annoyed at this, what a waste of fuel.

After speaking to Alison about what we wanted she got George to come round and measure up, we priced it up and after seeing what it looked like for the price of what we had was amazing! I wasn't sure what to expect when the fitters had finished, to say I was amazed was an understatement, I was astonished with the results they were better than my expectations, they were efficient and professional from start to finish and have made our house look more spacious and modern! We love the result, I'd highly recommend using these people, lovely people, always willing to help!

M2M have been amazing and transformed our house, from a bespoke bookcase in the lounge to a full kitchen renovation. The quality of unit and fit is fantastic and we couldn't have asked more from Ian who was brilliant support during the planning and design stage. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I'd just like to say a huge thank you to Billy & M2M Interiors for the service they provided, Billy was absolutely brilliant he really went above and beyond for us, the whole process was brilliant from start to finish, We book in a quote, measure and consultation, they arranged a design for us within a week we had the design, the most impressive thing was there was no messing around or nonsense it was here's the price and date, then the work Billy did was nothing more than excellence to see a drawing then it become tangible was unreal even more so it's in our front room, hats off not many companies have the ability to deliver in the way they did I wouldn't ever use anybody else will absolutely be using these guys and requesting Billy in future these guys are providing luxury in your home at affordable prices but more so with integrity and quality which isn't often the case, thanks guys and Billy again for such an amazing service.

Wow what a service M2M provide. Product, service and quality is impeccable. We can not thank Billy enough for everything from putting our ideas to paper, and then our final product in our living room. All finishing touches have transformed our room and we could not be happier to recommend M2M and Billy's service. I would highly avoid using this company at all costs. After paying for a deposit, it took them 2 weeks to organise a measure up (with multiple calls chasing them), at 4 weeks after paying the deposit they still had not finalised final details of the product they were supplying. After 4 weeks of paying a deposit and survey/prefit done, I received an email asking for more money saying its going to take their fitter longer to fit (bear in mind my requirements had never changed).

How can a company ask for more money after 4 weeks of paying a deposit? Absolute joke! Not to mention that I was constantly chasing them, this company works on the basis of being reactive than proactive. I was told when I paid the deposit that I was looking at 7-10days as a lead time, so 4 weeks in and them asking for more money, well. You get the picture!

After telling them that they are breaching their own contract of sale by asking for more money for what was already agreed, they turned around and said 'let's just leave it and we will refund you your deposit'. What a waste of a month, especially when you have other professions being held up because of them. If you've got the time to constantly chase a company for a prefit and lead times, by all means go ahead, personally I would steer well clear!

My bedroom turned out excellent! Loved the way it all came out! Very affordable also. Will be coming back to get my kitchen and spare bedroom done soon.
