We ordered 2qty Manchester Fire Side Chairs, they are beautiful and great quality. So much so we ordered the matching footstool, which is currently in the manufacture process. Very pleased with the quality and our choice to buy this brand.

I ordered a footstall at the end of February on a 6-8 week lead time. I was pregnant and struggling with water retention so really needed to put my feet up. The 8 weeks past and I received an email there would be a 2 week delay. 2 weeks later I called and was told it was in production, the material was being cut and would be another week. I called and emailed another week later and was told it was about to go into production.?

By this point I was really struggling to wait anymore, I called again for help asking if anything could be done to speed up my order. The lady I spoke to didn't empathise or seem to appreciate the knock on affect this delay was having, I explained I now had a newborn and my feet were double the size but just got a generic 'we apologise for the delay'.

Eventually the footstall arrived at the end of May. I wouldn't have ordered it if I'd have know it would take it so long, a temporary replacement would have helped in the meantime or at least proactive updates telling me the revised delivery date so I could reset my expectations instead of having to constantly chase. The footstall itself is beautiful and very well made, it's a shame a great product is tarnished by poor customer service.

Wonderfully crafted pieces of furniture. They cost more than the competition but you can see and feel why. The options on so many different sizes was also a big selling point for us. Great delivery team who kept me informed of times. Will not hesitate to recommend.

If you are looking for quality and professionalism then this sofa company is to be avoided at all costs 0 customer services when you walk into the show room it looks the part but don't be fooled, and the leather they sell is questanable.

Bought two sofa's from this company, very pleased with our purchase, as someone said I hope they stand the test of time. Only complaint was it was delayed by a few weeks, ( had to wait over 20 weeks in total) and had to keep phoning for an update, but everything was good in the end. Would definitely use this company again.

I purchased 2, 1.5 seater sofas from this company, and could not be more pleased. Superb quality, and the comfort is wonderful. Highly recommended.

A lovely three piece chesterfield, every thing I expected and more. The leather is a really good colour of tan, and the finish of workmanship leaves nothing to be desired. Thank you for a wonderful set of furniture, which I am sure will last and last.

We did a lot of research on buying the chesterfields due to how costly it can be and we were soo pleased when we recieved the sofas. The colour was stunning and the work was very good. The delivery was smooth with it being brought it and positioned exactly where we wanted it. I would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love my new Chesterfield! I have had it for 8 weeks now and still am excited every time I see or use it. The quality is excellent, considerably better than the sofa I had before. The design is very stylish. Despite the challenges of the coronavirus pandemic, my sofa, ordered only a few weeks before lockdown, still arrived quicker than I had expected under the circumstances. Meanwhile, I got email updates about the situation, which was reassuring.

Please be aware that this company gives NO after care once the furniture has been delivered. Please see by the photo below, the sofa we have purchased from The Chesterfield Company the leather has been fasten to close to the edge of the frame and the studs used has cut through the leather and has left us with a tear along the back panel. we brought this up with the company they informed us the leather is only guaranteed for 1 year (pretty poor in itself, as The Chesterfield Company claim the leather used is of a high quality (i would say that is questionable)) Our complaint was to do with the shoddy workmanship which their workmanship policy should cover for until 5 years, they have refused to uphold this guarantee and refuse to make amends and have left us with a sofa that looks shabby and shoddy.

We believe and we are sure you will agree that is not an acceptable response. Be very aware there is NO customer aftercare service when purchasing from The Chesterfield Company. TPW East Hanningfield, Essex

The dog claimed the wingback chair as her own! The quality is superb, but most importantly its really comfortable. So impressed with Chesterfield Company we have ordered a settee and chair for the living room and not for the dog!

Beautiful furniture and sofas, I bought two Curved back chesterfields in vintage rouge. They are so gorgeous! I'm just hoping they stand the test of time. I am also looking to purchase a few more items shortly, I cannot wait! Customer service has been great, everyone was super polite, informative and helpful. Delivery was on point, they came when agreed and the sofas were delivered in excellent condition.

I am very happy that they called me to tell me there will be a delay in the sofa delivery as they rejected the skin of the sofas as they were not up to their standard. They contacted the supplier and got the sofas remade. This really shows how much they value quality. Overall, excellent service, beautiful sofas and a happy lady before Christmas.

Have been looking for a leather chair for sometime. Travelled from Southampton to the factory to see the work being carried out, but also to try the chairs out, choose the right style and the leather type and colour I wanted. Chose a Manchester winged chain which suited me, and the showroom had several examples of each of the chair types and different leathers available.

I also had made a matching foot stool. Both the chair and stool are beautiful and I am so pleased. Whilst it took 6 weeks to make, I got regular updates along the way and the delivery experience was also superb. And the chair is as comfortable as it is attractive.

We love our new Sofa & Chair. The look and feel fantastic, exactly what we'd hoped for. The single chair is more like a throne! The Chesterfield Company were very helpful, and moved the delivery date to suit our holidays. The chaps who delivered it were equally good - friendly and jovial, and happy to move things around until we were happy with the position.
