I needed new bedroom furniture for two rooms. Adrian and Bernard could not have been more friendly, knowledgeable
and helpful. They liaised with the supplier to add some bespoke changes to my bed, adding an extra oak topper to the foot end. It would not have occurred to me that this was possible, but the result is perfect!
They also fitted extra slats as my mattresses needed smaller gaps. There was no charge for delivery and assembly when a supplier closer to me would have charged £50+! The assembly was no small effort as the wardrobe is very heavy and had to be carried upstairs. Adding the extra slats also involved some minor alterations which they were very happy to accommodate.
Bernard even posted me some matching knobs for my ensuite cupboards.
All communication has been cheerful and helpful. They go the extra mile and some!
The furniture is excellent quality which Exmouth Bed and Pine sell at a competitive price.
What a gem! Worth driving a fair way to choose, borrow samples and discuss in person. Well done Adrian and Bernard, customer service other retailers could learn from!
