Very pleased with the service and also the guys that they used to fit the Karndean flooring we've had put in our kitchen / diner and hallway. I price-matched them against another company and Queen Street came in marginally cheaper, but the service was also very good and the fitters have been brilliant over the past week or so. Very happy!

Terrible after sales service. I paid this firm a lot of money to recarpet a new house I bought. Soon afterwards the carpets started to wrinkle like corrugated iron. The photo doesn't really do it justice as to how bad the job is. The firm came up with a variety of excuses (e.g. was my hoover too powerful?) but have settled on blaming their floorboards and say it's nothing to do with them.
This is particularly disappointing as when they quoted me the floor boards were visible in the empty house. I'm now going to have to pay another firm to rip them up and do the job properly.

First time shopping was great, second time less so, had a fabulous matress, then had them to fit lino, despite the extra cost, we were promised 'any problems, you are covered', their fitter fitted it wonky and they washed their hands of it, blaming us, and left us with a poorly fitted floor. Will not return.

I ordered a chest of drawers from a national company and was badly let down. I decided to look online for a smaller local company from whom I hoped to get a better service. I found a chest of drawers I liked on Queenstreet Carpets website with a 4 to 6 week delivery. I also had helpful email conversations with Gary. Four weeks later the chest had been delivered. The chest is high quality and the delivery was first class. I thoroughly recommend them.

We moved house in 2014 after 8 years renting. Queenstreet Carpets & Furnishings was our 'go-to' store for our lounge, kitchen diner and bedrooms. They couldn't have been more helpful, especially when assessing how to get a sofa-bed up our narrow staircase and into the study bedroom. No easy feat! Just great service and truly quality furniture. We are delighted.

Having had a very bad experience with another flooring contractor we approached QSF to lay Karndean throughout our ground floor. We are totally delighted with the work! We have just started preparing for decorating so are seeing the work up very close - the attention to detail is quite stunning. The team were, at all times polite and friendly, and a pleasure to have in our house. We are delighted to recommend them without reservation, a first class job.
