Absolutely fantastic service from start to finish. The quality of the furniture is outstanding and looks amazing in the newly built extension. Nigel was brilliant from point of sale, Dave and the team of fitters were excellent on the scheduled delivery day. The experience with them was so hassle free that after having a shambolic service from Sofology (in which they dropped our sofa, awful customer service and a general CBA attitude) I have purchased a new sofa from Leather by Design and they have even been good enough to loan me one while its being made. I will definitely be recommending LBD to my friends and family. The whole ethos of the business is fab.

From start to finish fantastic service. went into store a couple of months ago staff were extremely helpful (not pushy) and nothing was too much trouble, kept me posted with delivery dates etc Delivery service was above and beyond, the two gentlemen set up the sofa super quick and were very polite and courteous. Drivers were very mindful not to hit/scratch anything and left my room tidy. Very very happy customer! Thank you LBD
