Excellent excellent really lovely unusual products bought two lovely customer care thanks

Two excellent experiences with this company. First with a beautiful teak root console table which you can see in the photo. Turned this into a glass dining table which has had so many compliments. It's a shame that they can't source any more of these but really grateful I managed to get one! The second is this teak root glass centerpiece I've got on the dining table.

First saw these being made in Bali and very grateful that Paraphernalia sourced these in their shop so I could finally have this at home! Customer service is personal and Joy goes above and beyond to help you with any questions you have. I'm already saving up for my next furniture purchases!

I cannot recommend the whole team highly enough. The owner and shop staff were fantastic both in customer service and helpfulness from start to delivery. Professional and courteous attitude secured our purchases of 6 mango wood products and we were more than happy with ALL of our purchases. If you want to feel valued as a customer, you will be. We must have tried their patience with holding back our delivery and delivery help but the service was beyond reproach and I simply cannot praise them highly enough, they made our purchase well worth the distance we travelled to their shop. Thank you all.

Good solid pieces of furniture. Too much choice . Wish the price was a little lower but can't complain

Lots of interesting wooden furniture also available on internet. Lots of unique items made in wood and interesting shop worth browsing. Everyone's unique taste catered for. Amazing ideas with individual but quality items standing the test of looking on your own. Lovely staff always welcoming and pay by bank card and a unique shop.

I ordered two pieces of furniture and hadn't realised I'd ordered them in different wood styles by mistake. They came straight back to me and asked if this was what I'd wanted, or an oversight, the ordered was amended and dispatched very quickly. Excellent service. Would definitely use Paraphernalia again. This place is a hidden treasure in Lichfield! Filled with the most gorgeous pieces of furniture and trinkets. We bought & collected a gorgeous large Indian Rosewood unit today. We will most definitely be back to buy more! While we were there I spotted several other pieces that will suit our home. Fantastic service. Friendly without the hard sell.

Amazing furniture that is quirky and fun. It isn't a shop that has a set amount of stock so it's like a game trying to find what you need before it goes. Not too pricey and good quality. Fun smaller products for gifts too.

Bought two chests which were delayed in the delivery to the shop but I was kept informed on the progress many times and couldn't have asked for a better service, really helpful, polite and professional. highly recommend them for service and the quality of the products, first class
