Went to the store on Thursday afternoon and new mattress delivered on Friday midday. Fantastic service, they even took the old mattress away. I have shopped here for a very long time and have had some fantastic pieces. Only 1 issue in all that time and it was rectified immediately. Cannot fault Furniture Factors.

We ordered 2 settees in October they said they would deliver in February and sure enough they came today with my delight a day early the service was fabulous they took our old settees away they staff was helpful all the way through the delivery men were lovely couldn't wish for more thank you to everyone.

Didn't make a purchase when I visited recently but the staff were helpful and the choice very good - seemed to have something to suit all pockets. Will definitely be returning.

Six months after purchasing a sideboard, one of the drawer runners failed. More in hope than expectation, I contacted the company and they could not have been more helpful. Replacement runners despatched promptly and fitted to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service from Zac and Muddasir. Thank you.

Bought loads of furniture over the past 25years from here, still good value and customer service

We ordered our suite from furniture factors on the 5th of January 2021 just as we went into lockdown and we finally received it yesterday the 25th of November this was a long wait but the staff in the office have been absolutely brilliant keeping me informed as to where it was on its journey I can't thank them enough for all their help and I'm thrilled to bits with the suite well worth the wait thankyou furniture factors

The unit I received is fabulous but I needed to speak with customer service regarding a small flaw in one of the drawers. I spoke to Zac who immediately informed me that a replacement drawer front would be sent out to me. He also confirmed this by email. Absolutely brilliant customer service and I shall certainly order from them again. a big thank you to Zac.

I Went to look for a new sofa a few months ago with mum and dad we was left to look round and when we was ready to ask a member of staff for help he was very helpful good advice on the two different sofas I was interested in and helped me to make my final decision about the sofa not trying to push me into anything like some places do when I phoned the shop to ask about my sofa the staff was very helpful and I've just received my sofa today the delivery men was great and said I can ring the shop if there was a problem my sofa is perfect and nothing wrong with at all am one happy customer would definitely recommend and I would go back and get other things too

we bought a 2 seater and a 3 seater leather settees, five years ago, they are still as lovely to sit on now as they were 5 years ago, when we bought them we didn't have grandkids , so glad we did buy leather now, after most visits they have spilt things on them but so easy to wipe clean

Bought a sofa and chair last Thursday for our static Caravan in North Yorkshire Delivered 1 week later by Two very helpful polite delivery men customer service from sale to delivery was excellent

Popped in to view some bedroom furniture & bought 2 beautiful bedside chests of drawers. They were in stock so we took them home straight away. Good value & Lovely service from the staff. Not pushy like they are in some places. Plenty of choice & reasonably priced.

always our first port of call whenever we want anything for our home. barry and his team are some of the nicest people i have met. they never try to push you into buying anything. trouble is everytime we go we do end up buying. dean was patience itself helping mum buy a riser/recliner chair and we spent around 2 hours finding the right one for her. he never grumbled as we tried chair after chair in fact he joked with us all the time and reassured mum nothing was any trouble. said delivery would be 4 weeks and it arrives here friday exactly as he said. that led to us looking at beds and two weeks later we were back to buy one. kerry was brill with us again laughing and joking and not minding how long we tried the beds. that agin led to my daughter deciding she wanted an ottoman bed so we went back again today. kerry again was so helpful advising which one was best for my daughter as she has cerebral palsy and needed one she could actually work. over the years we have bought almost all of the furniture in our home from here and have never been disappointed once. 5 stars to barry and his team

Absolute conmen.
Bought fitted wardrobes from here and even though I gave them the room measurements they ordered the wrong size.
Been waiting 8 weeks for the wardrobes and are now told that they will have to be reordered which could take another 10 weeks. In this time we have had to sell our daughters bed to accommodate the wardrobes. We are 2 weeks away from having another baby.

It is a joke. We are told they won't do anything because it is my word against the salesmans word. The manager Dean basically said it wasn't there problem. They would not reorder items as they had increased in April. Nothing for the inconvienience offered or apology given. Please do not buy from these cowboys. Totally unprofessional and shocking customer service.

I had a female speaking person say she was manager of wardrobes shouting down the phone at me because I had given wrong measurements. Telling me I was disgraceful.
Solicitors and the press are the only way forward with company's like this one.

Bought a sofa Friday and delivered within the hour of purchase, so happy I don’t have to sit on the floor anymore. Manager was so helpful with arranging same day delivery will shop here again.
