We are very pleased with our Copenhagen Wall Unit and Random Rug pieces. Michele Faber was a huge help in designing the unit. She made sure both purchases suited our needs and fit the desired space well. The handmade leather patchwork rug is exquisite in person.

I recently moved into a new house, and was looking to start from scratch on the feel and design. My husband and I were visiting a lot of the usual home stores in the Bay Area like Crate & Barrel, Room and Board, etc and having a hard time finding the feel we wanted. I walked by Bo Concept in the Santana Row shopping area, and wow did they have some cool stuff!

There was a pair of coffee tables in the front window that really caught my eye. After a couple weeks looking again and again at those tables, I ordered them, and they're my favorite part of our family room now. We worked with Mia, who was fantastic to work with, and had great styling advice for our home - she even designed some 3D renders of our family room to help me understand what would fit. We'd definitely go back to Bo Concept in the future for more furniture needs.

It's been a pleasant experience working with Michele at BoConcept Santana Row. I bought a dining table, sofa and a coffee table and am still waiting for a dining table to arrive. From the purchase to delivery, every process has been very smooth and professional. I'm very satisfied with the overall purchases and experience with BoConcept and its customer service. I'd like to thank Michelle who's been a great support in helping me choose the right pieces for my home. She is friendly, professional, and on-point and would recommend her to anyone interested in BoConcept.

Some of the worst service I have ever received. Zero communication, late deliveries, completely unapologetic. Invoicing details incorrect - when I asked to have them amended I was told it was impossible to do so. I requested a call with the elusive accounts department over a week ago and have yet to receive one. I lived in a third-world country for the majority of my life and the service levels there put Bo Concept to shame - absolutely pathetic. Last time I ever step foot in that shop.

Bo concept has some great contemporary pieces of furniture and provide an invaluable service in their free design consultation. Eizens was extremely helpful, friendly and approachable throughout the process. I would highly recommend Bo in terms of product quality and customer service.

I had a chance to work with Michele Faber at BoConcept in Santana Row. I just read about BoConcept and I thought it sounds interesting and worth checking out. Michele was the first person I met at the showroom. I have to admit that Michele's expertise and creativity helped me decide on the furniture to buy for our new condo. She was never pushy. Instead, Michele was willing to explore with me and listens to my own concepts and designs.

It was a creative and dynamic process between emails and phone calls. Michele was definitely responsive especially with the current situation on delivery. We are definitely happy with our choices at BoConcept. It was a real pleasure to work with Michele Faber.

I love working with Mia from BoConcept in Santana Row. Recently i purchased a new sofa, bed frame, and coffee table from there, and Mia was so considerate and helpful in making the right choice for my new space. She quickly picked up the design style I was aiming for and guided me great insights. She was very responsive throughout the whole process even to my annoying questions. We are so very pleased with the chairs we bought from Bo Concepts. Working with Dominique Seva Aetasi was such a pleasure. She was so helpful, kind and professional. She has a great creative eye and is easy to work with. I am indecisive and she has a lot of patience. We are expecting a couch soon. While there was a factory mix up with the order, Dominique straightened it all out quickly and the new one is on its way. Thank you Bo concepts. Dominique is a gem.

I recently purchased an item from BoConcept. Nathalie was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist with precise selection of the sofa which was dependent on size, fabric and design. It was a real pleasure dealing with her and will do so with all future purchases at the store.

I was assisted by Nathalie at the store throughout my purchase, from the interior design plan for my new flat to the delivery. Nathalie spent time exploring different options for the design with me, patiently listening to my ideas. I decided to change a few pieces after I placed the order because the original items were too big, after I measured everything in details (very important to visualise it carefully!), and she helped me change the order even though it was a bit later than the usual 72 hours window. I have received some of the furnitures so far (the rest due in Feb) and they are beautiful. Can't wait to start using them and showing them off to my guests

My wife and I have been searching for an extendable dining table of a certain size / colour / design for quite some time so we tried BoConcept, Finchley Road. We received a nice welcome by staff on arrival and after walking around the showroom for some minutes we spotted a table that fitted our specifications. A friendly Latvian salesperson engaged us and demonstrated how the table operated and explained the high level of Danish quality that went into creating this table.

My wife is a Russian speaking Ukrainian and her level of Technical English is limited. Fortunately, the Latvian man spoke very good Russian and gave her much more info on the potential purchase which pleased her greatly. Finally, we bought the table for 2700 and had a very satisfactory customer experience.

We have been working with Michele Faber from Santana Row BoConcept store about a year now. It has been a real pleasure. Michele is the best designer I have met, she is an asset to any team. For us, Michele designed and picked the right furniture for living room with the best possible way. Thanks to Michele's hard work, our living room looks stunning now! Michele is very detailed oriented when picking the furniture and she has a great eye on selecting the right designs. Michele is very honest to her customers.

She never tries to over sell and makes the right choice for you. Five star customer service : Due to our house remodeling project we went back and forth on a few furniture selections, but Michele was alway patient, open to accept change in plan or inputs from us, never showed any resistance to any change we asked. Michele always listened to our need and came up with the best possible plan. I am so glad that we met Michele at BoConcept, and we plan to work with her in future as well.

It was a long, long wait, but I absolutely love my new sofa from BoConcept! I had a great end-to-end buying experience at the Finchley Road store and this was solely down to the wonderful design consultant, Nathalie Dalgaard. I can't rate her enough!

We bought a new house this year and needed an additional sofa, we instantly went to Boconcept as we bought a previous sofa and it's still looking amazing 7 years later! We found the sofa online and then one of the designers mocked up the sofa online for us with the sizing of our room, also sent samples of the colours of the fabric in the post and spoke about our lifestyle and what the sofas would be used for as they were going in a kitchen room.

After the consultation we ended up getting 2 smaller sofas due to the shape of our room and the intended use. The sofas were delivered and build for us all we have to do is enjoy them for many years to come! I would recommend the designer helping you as she actually gave us a much better option that we wouldn't have thought about! Another reason we love this company is the after service. We have a TV cabinet that got scratched, I spoke to a lovely lady Radha on Tuesday this week and by Wednesday a touch up pen was in my post box!

Furniture was damaged in transit and it will take several weeks to replace the damaged doors. Design excellent as usual though pity the light oak has been discontinued making it difficult to match previous purchases.

Nice designs. Expensive. You may get a good deal every now and you then on sale or floor models.

Amazing customer service! Radha helped with the interior design and layout of the space, which helped to visualise and decide on the sofa size and configuration, along with other furniture. She was very patient and proposed several solutions before helping us to choose the best one. My partner and I are very happy with the sofa and the layout of our living room. The sofa makes our living room and brings me joy every time I sit on it :D

My family has had nothing but great experiences at this location. We have purchased several pieces of decor and furniture and they all look amazing in our house and are great quality! Very much worth the investment! We have received great customer service from the showroom with Michele to delivery and set up! We have always appreciated Michele's help with designing and purchasing the correct pieces. She is always spot on! We look forward to more purchases in the near future!

We purchased almost every piece of our furniture from BoConcept when we moved in to our new home, and Paul Chiu helped us with amazing design service throughout the process. He spent a lot of time customizing 3 Copenhagen shelves to fit our special needs, advised us on colors and materials for our sofas, and made sure we got the style we wanted. Overall very happy, just purchased a few more outdoor pieces from Paul.

We were walking down santana row area to the adjacent furniture store to check out sofas and dining table and noticed the fancy looking store. We went in to have a look at what they offer and we were pleasantly surprised with the adjustable dining tables. It seemed like a perfect fit for our small dining space but it was a bit pricey at first. Dominique helped us out through the showing and eventually the buying process.

We searched online for alternatives for folding dining table after our visit to the store but couldn't find anything else that fit the expectations and so we decided to pull the trigger on the Alicante table. Dominique helped us with various quotes and was patient enough to answer all our questions. Since the configuration we wanted was not in the warehouse, we had to wait a 8-10 weeks for the table to arrive.

She followed up during that time and kept us informed on the timelines. The delivery of the table was smooth as well, the table for delivered a few days before the anticipated date and the delivery person made sure we were able to extend the table a couple of times before he left. The communication from the warehouse team was also flawless. They called and confirmed their arrival time 30 mins prior. I would highly recommend the table for compact spaces or otherwise. The sleek design and the modern look is what attracted us to BoConcept.

Our experience with BoConcept (London) has been fantastic from start to end. We fell in love with a sofa online and decided to request some photos/videos. We were contacted by Natalie who offered to send us multiple photos and videos, she also answered any questions/concerns we had. We were impressed by BoConcept's care and attention to detail. Upon delivery of the sofa, we were impressed with the service and the accuracy of the initial photos/videos. We would definitely recommend shopping at BoConcept.

Thanks to Michelle for helping us find a perfect sectional for our home. She patiently worked with us and answered all our questions to find the perfect fit and the color for our space. She made the whole process seamless and transparent during the long delivery wait of 12 weeks. The shipping and delivery team also did an excellent job in setting up our sectional.

During Covid-19, the store followed rules of capacity and masks. I felt pretty safe visiting the store. The staff were attentive and answered any questions we had. We worked with Mia, who was helpful and listened to our needs. She was also very responsive to emails whenever I had questions. The experience was very streamlined and easy. Once we picked our furniture we could email her what we wanted and the rest is done through e-docs (unless you decided to purchase at the store then it's done like a regular purchase). Setting a delivery date was also easy and efficient. All-in-all a smooth experience. Obviously, the furniture is great! Good quality! Danish design is a fave. Thanks, Mia!

Radha in the Finchley Road store was very helpful. She used a 3D design facility to show how furniture would look in our room, which helped us choose what we wanted She also explained the best materials to choose and the flexibility of the sofa we were interested in. The delivery arrangements worked well. The fitters pointed out some minor damage on the base unit we had purchased and arranged for a replacement end panel, without us needing to do anything.

We just recently purchased a house in Elk Grove and Paul Chiu helped us design, chose the right pieces of furniture for each room, and chose the best fabric for each pieces. I love every piece - Osaka couch, Miami couch, Barcelona coffee table, Boston chair with footstool, Bermuda ottoman, bar stool and seat cushions, Paris side tables, etc. It was worth the investment!

My family love it as well. Paul is a talented designer. He is very patience and very helpful. He is very responsive throughout the whole process with answering my emails and messages. I highly recommend working with Paul for any design consultations.

This review is about the designer Michelle Faber. Michelle was amazing with me throughout my many stages of indecisiveness. She was genuine in ensuring that the work we were doing in my living space achieved my goals and was patient as I processed the many options presented. This included two separate trips to my house with bolts of fabric - up and beyond by any standard. Where we landed was a place that has me extremely excited for my furniture to arrive. I highly recommend her not only for her style and patience, but care and integrity.

Kai the store manager is so helpful and knowledgeable! We were looking for furniture at Crate & Barrel and walked into BoConcept without knowing what it was. Kai instantly welcomed us and took us around the store to show us the highlights. I fell in love with the Milano dining table and Indivi couch, and came back again to purchase them from Kai. The only downside was that every piece is custom made, so my dining table took 2 months to arrive and my couch took 3 months. However, it's worth the wait!

Both pieces look great and are super high quality. The white glove delivery service was also awesome, the two delivery guys were really prompt and professional and made sure I was completely happy with the placement of my furniture. Overall, I would definitely come back to BoConcept to buy furniture for my forever home.

We were drawn in by the beautiful furniture and friendly salesman. What we got was an exhibition of dysfunctional management. I still do not have a functional dining table that I ordered more than half a year ago. For the prices they charge, it's astounding how painful the process has been. Very abbreviated version (I know, this is already quite long, but trust me, this is an excerpt of how badly they have done): Ordered dining table, chairs and a bed in September.

Delivery was delayed. And then delayed some more, so they provided a partial discount on the delivery fee. I didn't get delivery until after Thanksgiving. The delivery folks were clearly not trained for assembly. First, they failed to assemble everything on one visit because they forgot a component. Worse, after assembling the bed they left out a six-foot beam, saying that was just an extra piece.

When I inquired, the BoConcept manager on the phone told me to chase down the delivery folks if I could as the metal beam was part of the fundamental structure of the bed. The dining table was scratched underneath and damaged so that you couldn't expand or contract the table, which was the reason why we wanted the table in the first place. The delivery folks took pictures and videos to report the damage, noting that a new table was needed.

I also sent pictures to BoConcept directly as BoConcept requested to facilitate a replacement. Three months later the delivery folks came back to deliver a replacement, but instead of a table it was a section of a table, only a small portion of what was broken. The delivery folks and I were both confused. In April, the BoConcept rep excitedly told me she had a solution for me -- (1) they will send me the replacement table but will take several more months to get it to me or (2) I could return the table but they wouldn't refund the several hundred dollar delivery fee.

So in other words, (1) they either deliver what they promised and what I purchased almost a year after I made the purchase or (2) I basically pay hundreds of dollars to rent a broken table. what a solution! In either case, I've had to take time off work and spend hours with their reps. Their store is beautiful. Their people on the floor are nice.

But I was blown away by how incredibly terrible the rest of the experience has been (and continues to be). If you make a purchase here, you better pray that they get your delivery perfect the first time! Otherwise, welcome to limbo.

BoConcept is a Denmark based furniture store. The quality was on point, seemed really sturdy, and I loved the modern designs. Think IKEA++ It's on the expensive side and the options are quite limited. I wish the showroom was larger too. Great service, beautiful quality furniture, just wish they staged more furniture to see in person!
