Best customer service ever. Last November we bought a 3 piece suite and were personally served by the owner Jim Cassidy. He even gave me his personal mobile number. Within 2 days the sofa was delivered and the delivery guys including George were extremely polite and positioned the suite just how we wanted it. Unfortunately a week later the legs collapsed on the sofa.
I called Jim on a Sunday morning and he offered to repair the sofa. We decided this shouldn't have happened within a week so would prefer to choose another suite. Jim agreed and I followed up with an email to which I received a very polite reply informing me that without prejudice he would let us choose a new suite. Unfortunately due to unforseen circumstances this kept getting delayed but whenever I called Jim or emailed him he always answered and explained the situation at hand.
Finally they moved warehouse and we got to choose our new suite. It was delivered the next day by Jim himself and George. We are very happy and highly recommend bedtime branded furniture. You get a great deal and awesome service.

Just recieved a delivery of an ottoman bed and mattress i ordered and im so pleased. the sales lady Rommy was especially kind and advised me on the best mattress. i cant believe how comfy it is and it was almost 400 cheaper than the other bed store my wife and i were looking at. thankyou and will recommend to family&friends etc
