Ordered one of the double divan bases from their eBay store and I might as well of thrown my money down the drain. The build quality of the bed base is shocking. 2 broken drawers after only a month, fabric coming away on the corners and all the casters are broken. I wish I'd of read the reviews before purchasing. Won't be using this company again.

Ordered a divan bed for my child on the 22nd January on the 27th they brought just the bed base and head board no mattress and they couldn't guarantee delivery so i gave them the bed base back for them to phone my partner to deliver it on the 28th for him to get a call this morning to say the bed was damaged when putting it in the van today and. would now be delivered on the 31st.

Customer service is appalling for them to only offer a refund of 15 which i am still waiting for confirmation of this being done and yet still no bed for my 3year old for another 3 days. This is appalling and would definitely not recommend this company they are a shambles.

Terrible service. I bought a mattress with the next day delivery option but this did not happen at all. I then needed to change the address of delivery and sent an email but they never replied back. They said they were going to send a tracking for the order but never got one. Finally, I was contacted 40 minutes prior to delivery saying that if I was not at home I would need to pay for rescheduling the delivery, as if I knew when was the delivery happening or could possibly disappear from work and be home in such a short notice. Terrible.

Broke our bed frame, needed a replacement quickly. Ordered a king size divan, no mattress with 2 drawers and headboard. Arrive on the day arranged (2 days after ordering) lovely sturdy bed, thick material cover on both the divan and headboard. Really pleased with it. Only 203. Great quality and value. Only slight negative is you have to speak with them via email as their phone line is closed due to covid, but they answered my email in a timely fashion. Recommended.

Update: bed delivered 8 days late however, on unpacking the quality was atrocious. They did offer a refund through PayPal if we sent it back. We explained that our father in law (who's bed it was at the caravan) was seriously ill in hospital and it would be a couple of Weeks before we could arrange to have it sent back as we didn't want to leave him.

They offered no empathy or leeway so unfortunately our claim lapsed and they won. Sadly he never came home from hospital and passed away. As a company they wouldn't offer any support during troubled times or extend the timeframe to return to allow us to spend precious time with him during his final days. They can keep the money for the bed but this is a warning to all potential buyers.

This company is disgraceful! company has failed to deliver a bed on two separate occasions leaving my 80yr old father-in-law sleeping on the settee. Speaking to customer service is shocking with them showing no empathy and a lack of ownership to resolve passing the blame to the delivery company. Had to put a PayPal claim in to receive a refund!

To be fair the delivery arrived on time and driver phoned in advance to ensure I was home. Matress was advertised as orthopedic but was simply unuseable; springs can be felt throughout your back. When querying with seller it soon became apparent that their policy is never to issue refunds and to charge 80 for returns. Being reasonable I proposed waiting until their next delivery in London to exchange items, only for seller to propose some nonsense about 20 order cancellation, 80 post and full cost of new item.

At that stage I cut my losses and dumped the mattress in my garden, before taking to my local recycling centre next day with all my other rubbish. I haven't dealt with such an appalling company for a while. Can only hope Trading Standards come knocking on their door one day soon.

Ignore the snowflakes with 1 star reviews. After reading reviews I thought I was in for a shocker but. I ordered a large single bed (a size which most places don't do) on a Friday and it was delivered to North of England (Newcastle) by Monday. I paid 130 quid for a divan base and a mattress. How can anyone complain for a price and delivery like that? Great for the price

I ordered my bed it was suppose to come yesterday I've had no email or can't even get through to them messaged on Facebook to! Quick enough to take my money! Can't believe left out of pocket 250 not even a single reply!

My bed came today as order free delivery really pleased for the price delivery guy was helpful and friendly and polite I couldn't get any contact with them so was panicking but phone call today the relief knowing it was coming it's a shame there so many bad reviews I'm a happy customer 10/07/2020

AVOID AVOID AVOID absolutely shocking service first bed arrived covered in mud and dirt was offered a replacement which we accepted. wish we Hadent bothered as the second one turned up just as bad. in fact. worse as this one was cracked and smashed to bit. have tried to contact them so many times with no response. its not like there even that cheap 230 for a single bed is not cheap. absolute shocking company avoid at all cost

Ordered a bed with headboard. Bed was delivered, was not informed headboard would not arrive with my order. I have tried to contact cheap bed sale with no avail since early April. They were really quick to take my money but not fully deliver the goods or even competently engage with their customer. Not impressed at all

I ordered a non-standard bed item. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, delivery was super quick, product is perfect. |I got exactly what I paid for - a cheap and cheerful, last as long as it lasts bed base. Will probably do 10 years at least. Will have no hesitation in using this company again

Orders placed for next day delivery and only frames and headboards arrived, no mattress. Called them to be told it'll be delivered tmw (24/03), we are now the next day & still nothing, they now ask me to ring for an update on monday. Well thank goodness they're not the only suppliers.

Avoid like the plague. Their customer service and complains is appalling. Dont be tempted with their prices. There are other retailers out there who will give you a good price and actually value your custom. Use them instead. Home furnishings UK will treat you like garbage.

In June 2013, we ordered a bed from Home Furnishings UK. It arrived the next day, very tightly packaged and it took us over 10 minutes to open all the packaging. The deliveryman (understandably) did not want to wait until we opened and inspected everything, so we signed for it and he left. We soon realised our mistake. The frame had damage on various parts - some of which could be hidden by blankets, and some, quite noticeable.

We asked the company to send us a replacement for the damaged parts, and several phone calls, emails and registered letters later, they completely refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Now, two years down the line, despite the fact that the bed is a guest bed and hardly ever used, the damage is getting worse and the headboard is cracking. Do not bother buying anything from this company. They take your money and leave you hanging.

STAY AWAY! Bought 5 beds and 6 mattresses on thursday on the basis that i will have it delivered next day, which is their promise anyway, but i got it specially confirmed because i had 2 people to fix it over the weekend. 2 beds turned up. Driver did not take it to the property but again i specially got confirmation for this when i was placing an order.

I called them until they closed and they promised that i will have the remaining 3 beds until 6. I spoke to 5-6 different people all of them lied. they do not know what they are talking about. 2 beds that i had is completely rubbish and my 5 year old brother can break the bed in 2 days; he is a skinny kid. two people sat on the bed and it broke. Nobody can place where the orders are, everyone is lying, and quality of the products are unacceptable (sorry quality word should not be used at all).

I cannot return the beds, i paid people to build them, i paid them again for the 2 beds that turned up on tuesday and 1 of them i cancelled. My tenants are staying for free, i get to pay extra for people to fix it, I had to deal with the mess they created, travel to ikea to get a bed for myself, extra time, cost etc overall stay away from these guys also, they did not send the invoice yet. APPARENTLY, you have to request it.

Purchased via cheap bed sale(same company) reason for purchase was their offer of next day delivery. Only half the order arrived, I had to call them to find out they had lost half in the warehouse, would be 3days before it was received. The operative tried to make me feel like the bad person when I said I needed it sooner. Not one apology received at any point. DO NOT USE Disgusted.
