I ordered carper for my full house with under linning. They were very good. The date the told me to fit the carpet in came on time. Carpet fitter was very good and friendly. I would recommed him as a good carpet fitter mr rajja, and also the customer service mr azhar for all his help.

Been two years waiting on a carpet which has been fully paid for, always making excuses we will do it this month etc etc! What kind of business is this? Doesn't reply to any messages or call!

Excellent quality. Just had my entire house carpet and a new bed from these guys. Good quality carpet at a fair price. Most of these 5 star reviews are fake. Lost 16k with this company who did not do a single thing correctly in the whole process of ordering furniture with them. In the end you will end up spending more time and money rectifying issues caused by them. Please stay away

Was recommended to purchase beds from here. Ordered 2 beds & a mattress owner was very helpful. Received my order on the date agreed with a call before hand to let me know they are on the way. Delivery drivers assembled both beds with care. Both lads were so nice and respectful. They cleaned up after took the rubbish out. Beds are very good quality so was the mattress. My experience was good I recommend these guys. Thank you for your quality service.

Great service from start to end. Rang them up to come measurements carpets. They came the same day. We chose the carpets and they got them ordered, delivered and fitted within a week. Took only 2 days to fit the whole houses carpet and laminate flooring. They cleaned up after themselves. Literally could not ask for a more better service. Best in the business!

Brilliant and excellent customer service especially the salesman Azgar is very helpful. They fixed my whole house carpet within two days notice and sorted my dining room out, it looks amazing. I would recommend my friends and family to visit them. Definitely buying from here again.

Our extended family has been buying from this company for decades. Fitters are courteous, professional and efficient. When I moved to Leicester they beat all the local prices by a fair margin even though they are based in Bradford! Just had another house fully carpeted in Nottingham and the same top notch service and value for money. Now understand why they fit all over the country. Ansar was ultra efficient and went that extra mile to ensure we were happy. Long established, great company, superb people and the best prices.need I say more!

My partner and I were looking for a carpet for a child's room.

Ordered all of my new house goods from Aslams. The main guy ANSAR was involved throughout taking orders for our furniture. Error after error, false promises after false promises. Excuses after excuses. Wrong items sent, despite paying all up front in good faith, delivery dates changed on a daily basis, this went on for weeks. Items that we order, we were informed that it’s out of stock and cheaper quality item was delivered.

He still owes us money for this again, promised us several times but still awaiting hence legal action has been taken.
Faulty items also delivered and the staff that came to fix did a poor job as most of the items were falling apart with days. Would not deal if I was you - as they will promise the world but fail to deliver.
