I ordered a dining table from here and was told they had plenty in stock. But instead they tried to deliver me an ex-display table full of scuffs and scratches. They claimed it came from another store who had "built it up". They didn't even offer to replace the table and when I went in store to question this I basically got told to take it or leave it.

Great store with fabulous products and excellent service. We were looking for a new mattress and were given plenty of time to explore the selection in store. The mattress arrived sooner than expected and was delivered by two lovely men who took it up to our bedroom. Very pleased with our purchase and the experience. Very happy to recommend A Touch of Furniture.

I bought a number of items from the Bicester branch online. I was impressed at the speed of delivery, the items arrived a week later. This happened during the COVID 19 pandemic so the furniture had to be delivered outside our house. The delivery man did a great job unpacking all the items first and ensuring there were no problems. I bought from the Woodstock range. The pieces are stylish, practical and very good value. I highly recommend this store.

Can't understand how these guys can have anything but a 5 star rating?! We've filled our house out with their fantastic selection of oak furniture (it's not all Pine!) and will continue to go back - it's great quality! Unlike other large chain furniture stores where you're hounded as soon as you walk in the door, these guys have a great, unintrusive sales model.
Definitely has more of a small independent feel though with the luxury that the prices are really good! Also, I have to praise them for their delivery service - top notch and took the time to make sure we were happy!
