Lee Longlands

Delivery man came to our house, he was asking to borrow toilet, we was asking him to take shoes off, but he refused to do that and also forced my wife to go to the toilet with shoes on it, very rude delivery man. Will never ever buy again from here

Received our new chairs today, they are of very good quality and look very good. Great delivery service from Tom and Will. Highly recommend it.

Furniture ordered in June 2021, told it will be here by end of October. Great we thought, new floor ordered and old furniture skipped. Whilst floor was been layed we went on holiday to come back to a beautiful new room. With furniture coming the week after. 1 week sitting on cushions we can bear. How wrong was we, has no communication from Lee longlands of any delayment to our furniture.

After requesting an update at the end of October we were given a date of the 10th of December. Guess what, today we requested an update because Lee longlands don't care about customer service and told there's been a further delay and our furniture will be sometime end January or end of February. Merry Christmas from my calluses Of my arse. Christmas cancelled with family after no were sit anybody. Lee Longlands a joke.

Good News. After another delayment from these idots our Sofas will be arriving on the 21st March 2022. 9 months of waiting, Jesus Lee Longlands gave birth to our sofas. Never again we will entertain Lee Longlands nor recommend them.

Great staff and furniture, a little price, but great if can afford it

Bit overrated as it's got exactly the same furniture styles as all the other major brand furniture stops. Build quality is ever so slightly better but really long lead times on most items and considerably higher prices makes other brand stores a lot more attractive.

The store was inviting, interesting and welcoming to visitors. The displays were smart and thought through with good accessories to support the displays and make them attractive as an add on. The store is upmarket and well presented with some prominent brands which attract and entice consumers. The store disciplines were good and the staff attentive. Well done

The customer service and delivery team have been brilliant. Have made sure our needs and requests are priority. We had a dining table exchanged due to the original been faulty. They have held on to it until we move into our new home which has been 2 months now. Delivery guys are really friendly happy chappies

Hi, I use to shop home furniture from Wayfair but the quality and finishing of the product was poor. I decided to pay extra but go for quality products. I visited Birmingham Lee Longlands showroom and bought bed, German wardrobe and other products. I was satisfied with the products but customer service level was not up to the standards which I was expecting from Lee Longlands. One day I was walking past and met Ranie Lal on top floor. His customer service skills were exceptional and he was very helpful.

I placed an order on 29th December 2020 for a dining table and 4 chairs. 6 weeks after I placed the order I was informed that the colour of the chairs was out of stock and I had to choose a different colour scheme. I was given a delivery date of March 2021, it is now June and still no sign of the dining table arriving at their distribution centre. This is appalling service with no communication received from Lee Longlands and no offer of compensation.

What a fantastic store! We found our beautiful sofa here & glad to say that we now taken delivery. It did take a bit longer than usual which was expected considering the troubles of the world. Their collection is very homely & different but what sets it apart is the dedicated service from the the staff who really take their time to help you the best way they can. I'll be back once the extension has been completed. Thank you.

Although satisfied with the product, the customer service needs some serious work. The salesman in the rug department comes across quite arrogant. Bought a rug, which arrived later than advised. We were not called to provide an update of the delay and had to chase. When arrived back at store to collect rug again the same arrogant reception from the same person, and no offer of help or even any mention about helping to carry it out to my car. I guess they must be so successful, quality of service is not a priority.

While we haven't yet bought anything from these guys, their customer service skills of the gent who showed us around were impeccable! He was the perfect balance of interested and knowledgeable as well as giving us space to look around at what we might like. We very nearly bought a sofa, all while miles from where we live and only popping in for a nosy around while on a trip to Birmingham!

Time and time again my family and I have returned to leelong lands. I have always purchased with full confidence. At sale times there some real bargains to. Caters for all styles and taste.

Good store with quality furniture, however many of the staff not very helpful and some floors are always empty and no one to serve a customer! Need some patience to shop here.
