Lenleys

We have been using Lenleys for many many years! The selection in store is excellent and they have items you would not find anywhere else in Canterbury so well worth a visit! However the staff more the male staff look down at you if they don't think you should be shopping with them! Also very assumptive. I have found this the last few times I have ordered items - So overall the store is very good the staff are rude and unhelpful unless they think you have excessive amounts of money. After care is excellent from the lady who I can not remember her name! Also delivery team are excellent!

Cannot fault the service from purchase to delivery. Deliverly was prompt and fitted in with our availability.

Faultless every thing from start to finish, kept in touch as they said, arrived on time as they said, removed all packaging & for a small fee took away the old sofa & chair. Quality service & products hassel free to boot, extreamly happy customer.

Purchased two sofas today with assistance from Craig who was extremely helpful and polite.

We visited the wallpaper department for some inspiration for our hallway and landing. Jackie was really helpful in identifying some Sanderson Aegean Delphi wallpaper, interestingly, it was nothing like we had envisaged liking. They allowed us to borrow a couple of books to take home and compare insitu, which was really helpful. Whilst we did this we also used the internet to try and see images of the wallpaper actually on walls and of course prices too.

Despite Lenleys having an offer of 10% off, we could find the product at 30% off. When we returned the books, the next day to the store, we discussed this with Mike and Jackie. They then decided to contact the rep at Sanderson to see what the company could do. Somehow they managed to negotiate a respectable 33% off! The wallpaper is an end of line so I suspect this clinched the deal, so we were able to shop local, our initial wish and have a truly wonderful customer experience with the staff at Lenleys. Thank you for all of your genuine help and now we are looking forward to our transformed hallway.

Absolutely awful company, i'll never deal with them again. I will also advise anyone I speak to! Really disappointing, I went to Lenleys because they were always rated so highly years ago. NOT anymore! A customer service that wont talk to you over the phone, only reply to emails when it suits them! Inspections are to be on their terms and no discussions.

The expectation is to wait 6 weeks for an external inspection, for which you have to wait in all day and if you dont they will fine you - people have to work! Selling extremely expensive mattresses that smell of a pig enclosure and think its acceptable. Appalling company, never ever again.

Extremely friendly staff. This shop is one definitely not to be missed when looking for comfy sofas to beautiful accessories.and there is a coffee area too

Really the best furniture store in Canterbury. It's not IKEA, so don't expect cheap, DIY, disposable products. If you're looking for well designed, solid, long lasting. Then shop here. Understood that it may not be to everyone's budget. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Plus you don't have to wait on line to pay for it, then go find and get it yourself from a massive warehouse, and load up your car. Take it home and build it all yourself with incomprehensible instructions that inevitably have parts missing. Other than that.

Staff are always efficient and very polite. Welcoming atmosphere. Good choice of fabrics and the order arrived promptly. A member of staff phoned to let me know they were ready for collection.

Quality products. Staff knowledgeable, courteous, friendly - EXCELLENT!

Can't believe we've only just discovered Lenleys. Our favourite furniture store in Ashford closed so we had to look elsewhere for a new sofa and Hypnos mattress. You could spend a lot of hard earned in Lenleys - so much stylish stuff there. Young guy who looked after us today was a star - didn't get his name, he mentioned he used to work in Nasons before it folded. We'll be back after our house move to buy lots.

Outstanding! I've visited and purchased before and I'll be doing so again! From outstanding flooring and furniture to wonderful design pieces! Damien who helped me loads today was very polite and knowledgeable! Will be buying 4 or 6 of these outstanding stools soon.!
