I ordered in May 2021 and told 20 to 24 week lead. I have still not received my sectional and have been told at least 5 different shipping dates. They have all gone by and now told mid May 2022. Do not order from them if you want furniture

Ordered a sectional May 27th 2021. Promised in 7 mo. Ok, I know things are tough. Called January 22, they move it out another 3 mo. Called March 22, moved it another month, called today, moved it another month. Cancelled the order today. I don't trust them anymore. Always an excuse, never a sectional.

I absolutely love my living room set from Craftmaster. From the point of choosing at our local furniture store until my furniture was delivered, they were a delight to work with as I had everything customized, and even ran into a few glitches, which they quickly corrected and delivered as ordered. Even working through the pandemic, , they were able to fulfill my order and get it too me in top quality condition.

I can't stress enough as to the comfort and quality of the furniture and the professionalism of the staff of Craftmaster and Big Sandy Superstore who I purchased through. I will be a repeat shopper!

Waited a year for a sofa. I was not what was described, cushions are hard and uncomfortable, complete waste of $6,000. Can't return because it was custom made. Do not recommend.

I ordered my F9 series sofa on January 3rd, 2021 and was promised a 3 to 4 month delivery time frame. The delivery then got pushed out month by month until I finally received my sofa December 28th of 2021. When it came in, I could not be more disappointed. - There were 2 tears in fabric (1 that was on a major display corner). - the stitching on a corner was such poor workmanship that the stitch line came 1/3 of the way down the corner (photos of bad and good corner attached for reference) - The foot posts were not installed using consistent measurements, much less a template.

Doesn't seem like a big deal until you have 2 pieces next to each other and the feet are offset by a large differential. - sofa cushion insert of a piece was not large enough to fill fabric. Thus, creating a bunch of loose fabric I'd did not pay for or wait that long for such low quality workmanship. They offered to fix the rip and cushion, but none of the other items or a partial refund. I paid for and waited for a good quality product but received what looks like a discount model sofa bought at tj Maxx due to defects.

After 10 long months the stress this has caused everyone is gone! Long story short RUN from this company. 3/14/21 is when I ordered my $6,000 couch. I was told July 2021 due to COVID. 4/3/21 I was told it was now October. 6/30/21 I was told it was now late-October. 9/3/21 they got me really excited saying it was actually going to be shipped out the 3rd week in October. 9/30/21 I was told now it's early-mid December. 12/8/21 told end of December. 1/3/22 I got excited again, they told me end of the week! 1/10/22 I emailed because I didn't hear anything, told "truck hasn't arrived" 1/14/22 called furniture place to have them elaborate on "truck hasn't arrived yet" as I'm in IN and the manufacturer is in NC.should be here.

Sales guy couldn't tell me an exact date or if it's even on route. He just said it will come "any day". 1/16/22 googled manufacturer, saw endless awful reviews. Realized my $6k isn't going to be worth it and I'd be stuck dealing with a trash company. 1/17/22 spoke with manager at furniture store he said my delivery date was now 2/7/22. Needless to say I got a 100% refund without little fight. Went online found a suitable couch with great reviews on amazon. IN STOCK. I'll get it two weeks. Learn from my experience and do NOT buy from this company.

Worst furniture I've ever owned in my life. I'm 66 years old and never seen such poor quality. Just my husband and I and after nine months it looked like we had it for years. Craft masters wouldn't stand behind their workmanship. Buyers beware. Also I paid over $4,000 for this!

TERMITES IN THEIR FURNITURE! If I could give zero stars to this company I definitely would. After purchasing 10 pieces of Craftmaster Paula Dean furniture over the last 5 years, the newest piece, a custom couch costing big $$$$ has hatched a swarm of dry wood termites into our home. Yes, hundreds of termites have come crawling out of our Craftmaster couch. Drywood termites take up to 5 years to gestate in only the driest and oldest wood.

I've taken my argument all the way to their Chief Operating Officer, Kevin Mann, and they refuse to do anything about my couch. The retail furniture store where it was purchased, Hudson's Furniture/Brandon, FL, blames Craftmasters for the problem. Now my wife and I are stuck with having to have our entire home tented and fumigated for Drywood Termites at the cost of $4000.

Don't buy from a company that claims to kiln dry the wood used in construction of their overpriced furniture, bring it in to your homes and then wait several years for the termites larvae to mature, hatch and swarm into your home.
