Harvest Moon Interiors is an incredible shop based in the heart of Southport. Wandering around it feels as though you're in a museum but the difference is that you can actually buy all of the fabulous items that are on display! They sell the most beautiful furniture I've ever seen. Definitely a must visit if you're in town.

Living local to Harvest Moon, always trying to give business to local shops, I came across a Mirror at a very good price, noticed that Harvest Moon where also the dealer for that make, went in, extremely polite, not only did they match the online price, they beat it, great service, said it would arrive in approximately 14 days, it was delivered in 9 day, and delivered to our house, please take a look at this shop you will not be disappointed, will definitely use again.

While offering great value, the customer service isn't great. I've had to constantly chase up an order which has been delayed (I get that the pandemic is causing issues) but I also don't expect sarcasm when I phone.

Had more TETRAD on display than at the factory! Very helpfull staff who really knew about the sofas and had a nice Pizza on Lord street afterwards for lunch!

I always come here for the best price, no matter where else I can find it they will always match it, and it's always here on time. The shop itself in southport is divine and you could easily spend hours here. It's a small family run business so I think the other reviews on here are possibly unfair and comparing to the huge chains like DFS. If you want poor taste naff sofas but lighting fast customer service go there.

For unique and beautiful items and an honest, human experience, go with these guys, always so funny and sweet on the phone and will go the extra mile for you. Shame to see people publicly dumping on an independent company, ignore them, moaners and groaners love to make their views heard! Trust me they're ace! Big shout out to the team and can't wait to come and explore the shop's newest stuff! Xxx

I have just visited Harvest Moon store in Southport to look at sofas, absolutely fabulous large range of Tetrad sofas to try out and excellent friendly service, very well worth a visit.

The most unprofessional setup i have ever experienced. My friend took a day off work for a long trip from inner London which with traffic was at last 3 hrs each way. I had spoken to owner a couple of times prior to going as at the time my lounge dining room was being decorated. He assured me that what i saw on the site was available to view. So when my house was in order I took the trip to see the furniture (having phoned the owner to say i was coming) i wanted for so long with the intention of placing an order.

On arrival owner wasn't there and all that i had to look at was 1 chair. The female assistant that was there was as obliging as possible but i was expecting to see a table and 6 chairs, sideboard, coffee table, and lamp tables. Obviously I was very disappointed, embarrassed for my friend, and that was it, no apology whatsoever. Horrid experience and a waste of time.

What an absolute treasure trove of furniture. Beautiful items, nicely priced and the gentleman proprietor actually knows what he's talking about. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Very Poor indeed. I am currently attempting to get a refund for a significant number of faulty chairs and tables which keep breaking at the weld and are unsafe to use, luckily no one has been injured to date. the paint finish also wipes off the furniture with a cloth and water. I have been told by citizens advice that to refuse a return under any circumstance is a breach of 'Rights under the sale of goods act', but Harvest Moon have replied with the following.

The furniture supplied is fine for use and we do not offer a return on items once delivered. Harvest Moon Interiors. -------------------------- The chairs are fine for a normal weighted person in normal use. If stood upon or misused or incorrectly stacked there might be an issue. Kindly return the damaged items to us for inspection. Yours. Nigel. Customer service so far has been appalling, I'm hoping Nigel will some how redeem the situation but i would think very carefully before placing an order with this company. I will be pursuing a refund through trading standards and the credit card company under a section 75 due to the lack of appropriate response from Harvest Moon Interiors.

Terrible customer service - I would never recommend or use these people again. They do not care about any issues and it always sounds like the customer is an irritant to them. I ordered some furniture and was told it would be around 4 weeks for delivery. After the 4 weeks passed I called up every week or two for an update and was constantly told it would be delivered within 2 weeks. 19 weeks later it eventually turned up!

When I wrote to complain about the poor customer service I received a two line reply simply saying "our terms and conditions state delivery times are an estimate". I understand that, but there's a big difference between 4 and 19 weeks! I got the impression that they had to deal with a lot of complaints! I suggest going somewhere else and getting someone who actually cares about their customers.

Just a word of warning to people ordering something form Harvest Moon Interiors. Ask for an acknowledgment, check the order after a period of time and follow up on your order. Mine has "got mislaid". It is now 11 weeks since I ordered some items, paid in full and have still not received my order. Customer care, communication skills and honesty need improving here.

I have now to wait to hear what the manufacture time will be. Perhaps another 4-8 weeks. Not best pleased! No gesture of goodwill has been offered, by Harvest Moon or Tetrad, only a poor apology which goes nowhere after the conversations that I have had. I will post another review when I finally receive my goods.

I ordered a console table over the phone from Harvest Moon Interiors in October/November 2012 and cancelled my order a couple of days later (before it was delivered) When I cancelled the owner of the shop sounded very put out but promised me a refund. Despite numerous calls and emails they still have not refunded my card and it is now mid February 2013. I would not advise buying anything from this store

This has to be the worst Company I have ever dealt with. I ordered some furniture from them which I paid for and which was supposed to be delivered in 4-6 weeks. After 8 weeks I had heard nothing. I contacted the firm on 3 occasions and each time was told it would be with me in another 2 weeks. I then contacted the Manufacturer who told me that they had only been able to 'process' my order the previous week, some 3 months after I had paid Harvest Moon.

The furniture eventually arrived on 24th May but one of the items was not the one I ordered. I have been in dispute with Harvest Moon ever since who refused to acknowledge or respond to any of my e-mails. The matter has now been resolved by my credit card company. I would advise customers to avoid this firm at all costs. They are inefficient, totally unhelpful, untrustworthy and have the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
