Worktops are fine, however they use terrible couriers who don't bother trying to deliver, and then charge you for redelivery after making wild claims like "we couldn't find your house" - if you can find an alternative supplier, I'd use them.

We initially had a negative experience with the after sales department but credit to the company as they worked hard to turn that into a positive experience and I can see that they take their aftercare and customer service very seriously. I'd recommend using them as the worktop is great but when we did experience an issue then they've made sure to address it. Thank you to Vas who has been brilliant throughout.

I ordered samples of Corian worktop, the seem good quality, prices not bad and arrived in just a few days, I would recommend giving them a look.

Samples arrived quickly and are a decent size to get a feel for the quality. I can't comment on the price yet as I haven't supplied measurements for a quote but I was pleased with the quick service, especially as everything is taking so long during this unsettled time.

Excellent service. I ordered sample for my worktop as I was unsure of the quality of the stone / Quartz is like. I was pleasantly surprised when the samples all arrived within a week. I would definitely recommend this online service to a friend for speed, helpfulness and easy to use service

Avoid this company! I wish I had. The customer service was initially very helpful - when I was placing my order and they were taking my payment. However, sadly it was downhill from there. Workmen showed up late, did a very poor job and had to be called back to rectify mistakes. The job could not be finished to a satisfactory standard so a small refund was eventually agreed.

It took 5 months of constant chasing on my part before I finally received my payment. The service is there when they want your money but after that customer service and satisfaction is of no importance. I should have researched more thoroughly, chosen a different company and avoided months of frustration.

The design process was great. But a kitchen that should have taken 2 weeks to do (in a new build so should have been quiet straight forward) but due to poor communication, problem after problem and poor fitting meant our kitchen took 3 months. We've contacted the company who are "investigating" this but we haven't heard anything back. Please don't waste your money on this company.
