Childrens bunk beds and mattresses with nasty chemical smell that lingers for months. When complained was told 'off gassing' is normal and it will subside. NOT normal for childrens bunk beds to smell like aggressive chemicals and there are plenty of better alternaitves without this issue. AVOID.

Ordered a bed for my daughters 10th Birthday in July 2021, and we have just been informed again in February 2022 that it will now possibly not arrive til summer 2022, nearly a year after I ordered and paid for it, absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable, no explanation as to why it's taking so long to get to us! Do not buy from them, we have received no apology and no customer service at all.

Purchased 3 door wardrobe, chest of drawers bed frame and mattress from a company who order their items from this manufacturer. I had my mattress under 12 months and I sat on my mattress while I changed my bed. I felt something sharp stab my leg and there was a sharp piece of wood inside the mattress poking out. It couldn't have come from anywhere else because the threading and material was not ripped or torn.obviously we had to take it out as was dangerous!

I have photos surely that's a health and safety hazard, I will contact the company who I purchased this off as proof of my purchase and their purchase to you as it makes them look bad as a company! Couldn't have been them as the mattress was wrapped. I would like a new mattress that hasn't got sharp things inside. Could of stabbed my face or my 3 year old son as he gets into our bed. Here are the photos! Very dangerous considering it's ment to be comfortable.

My wife and I bought a new Marlborough Bedroom Suite from Julian Bowen and absolutely love the quality of the furniture. Unfortunately my wife spilt a drop of Nail Varnish remover on the surface of the dressing table causing a small stain. I contacted Julian Bowens Customer Care team and spoke with Amy who had the answer and solution to the problem, emailing two care guides outlining what action needed to be taken to rectify the issue. Superb service from a quality company!

Ordered a tub chair through Amazon. Chair arrived damaged. Contacted Amazon and a replacement was ordered directly with the supplier. Amy from Julian Bowen was fantastic and arranged for the damaged chair to be collected at the same time. Will certainly recommend Julian Bowen. Customer service was first class.

Bunk bed was 50% damaged. JB suggested they send replacement parts for me to rebuild the bed or a 45 partial refund. less than 10% of the value of the bed when over 50% had defects. They offered to replace the bed but insisted I dismantle the existing bed. Having carried out this task, whilst dealing with 3 children 5 and under, and only minutes from the delivery window for the replacement bed I was advised that the courier had broken down and the bed won't be arriving for another 4 days.

Where do 2 of my children sleep? Julian Bowen didn't care and said it was the couriers problem to fix. This is their chosen supplier and I am their customer. Poor quality product and poor quality service. UPDATE! Sarah at Julian Bowen has reached out and managed to secure a new bed for delivery tomorrow. Sarah took ownership of the problem and has provided me with good customer service and an acceptable way forward.

I look forward to the bed arriving tomorrow. UPDATE: Dhl - as with the original courier - contacted me 20 mins before the due delivery slot to say that they won't be delivering the bed until Monday. That is of absolutely no use to me and my children. 3 night sleeping on the floor thanks to Julian Bowen and their poor choice of couriers and for sending me an original bed that was sub standard.

Very impressed with Julian Bowen - I received great service an the product was great quality and well priced. Absolutely delighted with my sofa and side table - will be back for more!

Having bought a beautiful Barcelona white wood bed a few years ago I decided to buy from Julian Bowen again when updating another bedroom. I chose their stone white Rebecca metal bed which looks gorgeous in my updated bedroom. Very happy returning customer

I have recently purchased Julian Bowen Beds & furniture for the kids bedrooms. All items are quality solid wood, easy assembly, good delivery and at a very reasonable price. Would Buy again.

Wow - What a Solid Bunk Bed! Our boys love their new Julian Bowen Barcelona bunk bed and space themed room! The bunk is really great quality and the finish looks like it will last a long time. We ordered it online from one of their distributors and it was delivered by 2 guys from their home delivery team who could not have been nicer. They had to leave the heavy boxes at the door but apologised and said normally they would have been able to deliver them up to the bedroom but it wasnt a problem for us.

We are really pleased with both the product and service and could not recommend more highly. We are now looking at what else we can buy from them for the rest of the house. Thank you Julian Bowen!
