Exceptional service. I ordered the Burlington leather sofa. Karen and the delivery men were really helpful. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent leather products. Thanks everyone. Very happy customer.

Was disappointed with after sales told pleats coming out was leather stretching. Recorded inspection teams comments which totally contradicted Mike Lesters response. Suite was only 1 month old. They were upset because I had a recording of the inspection team saying it wasn't right. Contacted witch and followed there advice got a full refund as suite was not of merchantable quality. Mike Lester tried to claim it was a communication error.

Still have the recording which I can gladly post. Was only after taking witch advice that they changed there attitude. By offering to repair or refund not out of any customer care. Beware.

I am now hesitant to buy sofas from here after reading some of the bad reviews. Sofas are expensive and customers deserve good after sale service. It appears that the owner Sharon hasnt been given good feedback either which doesnt help as the owner needs to be more understanding. Please improve your customer service first; product quality and good customer service needed at all times before and after sales. Nevertheless the pictures of the sofas and range of products appears to be good on your website.

I would like to thank Chesterfield Direct for my beautiful sofas. They were very helpful from start to finish and the sofas are amazing really nice quality. I will be ordering a Queen Anne Chair. I was so impressed. I did not see the sofa beforehand so bought blind but I would give this company top marks in every aspect. Really Pleased

We were kept fully informed of the progress on delivery date, especially due to the delays caused by the pandemic, but the waiting time was not as long as we expected. The delivery men were excellent, placing the suite exactly where we wanted it. Our sincerely thanks to Dave and Dave (delivery nmen) and Sharon (for the update emails)

UNCOMFORTABLE SOFA & HORRIBLE SERVICE After visiting their showroom (which is almost 4 hours drive from my place) and discussing everything in detail with the staff I ordered a 3 piece suite. I really liked the firmness of seats after sitting on their showroom sofas. Now the catch is when they send you sofa at your home, the seats are super soft and fluffy which keeps slipping out when somebody is sitting on it and also makes them extremely uncomfortable to sit.

Not good for ones back too. Worst part is their horrible after sales services. So please beware when you invest on an expensive sofa from them. Initially I was told by Mike that they gonna replace them free of cost but I will have to wait another 5-6 weeks for manufacturing process of new firm seats as they are not receiving supplies on time. After chasing them for more then the time given, I was sent 4 old, shabby, groase seats which was a big shock for my whole family as nobody would like to have anything used and unhygienic at their home during this corona time.

We actually thought that it must be a mistake and cald them to explain the situation for which I got a very vague reply from Jen to call back after 2 pm as Mike is only available at that time. So I also sent them an email with pictures attached as a proof. To my surprise I never got any call back from them and I kept calling to get hold of Mike for another 3-4 days.

Then on 4th day Jen told me that she has confirmed with her boss, it was a mistake and they gonna send me the new seats the following week and these old seats were sent as a temporary replacement until they manufacture the new ones. This made me hopeful again to wait for another week as I was not able to enjoy my sofa since it came in January 2021.

Unfortunately after few minutes on same day, I got another call from an arrogant and rude lady named Sharon who seems to be the owner. She dint even bother to acknowledge the situation and told me that we sent new seats from our side and not responsible for what you received. She told me that this rubbish is worth 200 and we are not going to send you another one.

Out of confusion I called the showroom again to confirm what's happening. Finally Jen told me that she has also been told the same thing by Sharon and what she says is final. I requested them to investigate this and check the pictures but Sharon dint want to as she knew what she sent and they were not new. So this a place where people are not true to their words.

Nobody knows whats happening and there is no clear communication between staff. Nobody ever mentioned that we have any option to choose a seat type according to firmness. Even when you place an order online there is no option to choose a seat type of your preference. Please don't go by what you see in the showroom as what you gonna receive will be different. That's how they make their profit by misleading people into buying unreal stuff.

We ordered a chair, a 3 and 2 sofa. They had it made an delivered by the date promised. We had a slight issue with a button which they came and fixed. The 2 gentlemen that came are the most polite and professional people. Highly recommended.

Beautifully made sofas and chairs, huge selection of leather colours and quality. Very helpful staff.very highly recommend.although they have an online presence would recommend visiting the showroom.well worth the drive.

We recently purchased a two seater Richmond sofa and slipper rocking chair. Prior to ordering the furniture we had visited a couple of other furniture manufacturers, however we felt that Chesterfield Direct appeared to "go the extra mile". The customer service and advice we received from Sharon was excellent and the drivers on delivery of the furniture were both extremely helpful and very professional.

When we took delivery of the furniture we were highly delighted and it surpassed all our expectations. The detail and care taken in the workmanship really showed and the button seat compliments the period and style perfectly. We are so pleased with the advice and service we received, we have now ordered a Queen Anne arm chair in the same style. Mr & Mrs Fletcher

Lovely UK made Chesterfields. Made to order, to your requirements. Very helpful team, friendly too. We visited every Chesterfield maker in the area and these use a good quality leather, solid beech wood frames. The prices are very competitive for the superior quality of these suites. We've had our suite for several months now and it still looks like it's completely brand new. The leather we choose wipes clean easily and is very resistant to wear and scratches. Highly recommended.

Bespoke unit delivered in 6 weeks. I needed a settee made to carry weight at 25 stone, I use a wheelchair due to my disability and needed a settee with extra strength plus an extra leg in the middle. Then I need the settee at a certain height due to transferring from the wheelchair with a slide board. No of these were an issue for Chesterfields Direct. Told them what I needed and they made it.

I got an extra set of screw in legs so it can be even slightly higher to the seat height. The delivery was smooth. Told when it was being dispatched to the delivery company. They advised me of the delivery date and even called one hour away. came in to the house with no drama. first class all round. You are always worried about buying on line when you have special needs. but not so this time around. really recommend them Robert Fage Tunbridge Wells, Kent 22/8/18
