Good range of goods at reasonable prices, however on this occasion they didn't have what we wanted. Well worth a visit though.

Bought a TV unit a month ago, very poor finish, paint keeps flaking off. I reported this by email many times and have been ignored, had no response! Spent over 300 pounds with them, Disgusting aftercare!

Just had my brand-new sofa delivery and it is more than I imagined and the delivery men were very polite and very professional so all in all I give 5 stars more if I could because today is snow outside and they still had to bring the sofa up my stairs well-done thank you again

Very overpriced had a item on offer for 460 I Have seen the same item in another store for 160

Went today to have a browse at sofas which they have a huge range. Also other furniture available, upstairs have beds and wardrobes, noticed a sale on at the moment. Deffo worth a visit.

Ordered and paid for a bed with an estimated delivery date of 3 weeks. Waited patiently for 4 weeks then called them, told it should arrive the following week. Waited a further week called again, and again, and again to finally be told it was likely to be a further 2 weeks. Daughter was sleeping on an airbed so waiting another 2 weeks was not an option by this point.

Owner wasn't prepared to offer a small discount on an ex display bed to resolve the situation so had to get a refund. 5 weeks waiting, hours wasted back and forth and on the phone all for nothing. Very disappointed after buying many items over the years from moon furniture. Obviously won't be going back. Luckily managed to secure a far superior quality bed from bensons for beds.

Lovely place to shop/browse without interuption from the staff. Lots of great furniture, plenty of choice from finishes to styles. We went looking for a new sofa and found what we wanted in the sale. So far so good we'll see if it gets delivered on time and assembled once it gets here. A nice experience so far and very reasonably priced.

Highly recommend! Ordered our sofas and they then held onto them until we were ready for them when we had finished decorating. Excellent quality and great delivery service too. Definitely use again.

Great experience while visiting Moon Furniture. They have social distancing in place with hand sanitizer and gloves available as you enter the premises. The products on view are placed in an open space allowing for easy viewing and access. There is also a first floor which can also be accessed via a lift or stairs. The staff were very friendly and polite, helping with answering any query asked of them.

There are a lot of products and styles available to be viewed and tested. They had a range of items from top end products to discounted sale items. Overall there was a great selection of furniture to choose from and think about. The site also has free on site parking available for customers.
