Got my kitchen fitted by DM Design in 2017. I've had a few problems with my appliances, not the fault of DM Design, and had been fighting with the appliance insurance people. I contacted DM for more info on what to do next and was delighted in the response both times. In 2019 they supplied and fitted a new oven and just last week fitted a new hob that my insurance extended guarantee provider refused to fit. Without a question asked I had someone out the next day! Top service even 5 years down the line. Thanks. PS I hope our wee plumber managed to get on his holiday

Very unprofessional and clearly do not care about their customers. Salesman came to our house, we agreed a design and a price and paid a deposit. The surveyor came out and confirmed the design and measurements. Lorraine McLeod then mailed us to say they couldn't do it for the price agreed. She then ignored mails and calls as did Cameron in sales. They are the worst outfit I've ever had dealings with and I would strongly advise you to avoid them. I'm now six weeks down the line and don't even have furniture ordered! I'm so glad I found them out before they started the work!

Cannot express how impressed we are with DM Design! Naz & Matt fitted our bathroom, amazing work, cleaned up after themselves. Claudia was the initial salesperson, she was very friendly, had contact with Dale, Jordy & Craig too. Cannot recommend the workmanship highly enough! Recently got my kitchen done by DM Design & so glad I went back for my bathroom. Thanks guys

I engaged DM Design services to fit a kitchen and bedroom for my elderly relatives. There was a very short timescale for the fitting which DM Design agreed to meet and I would suggest the price reflected this. From the minute the invoice was paid and fitting commenced, communication and coordination of the job completely failed. I found myself driving to the showroom on multiple occasions due to unanswered calls / emails, failure of trades to attend and on two occasional I spoke to the Regional Manager highlighting the lack of communication and the frustration it was causing, clearly the timescales were not going to be met and were extended.

The job started in Oct 2021 and still remains incomplete today. The coordination between customer services and trades just doesn't exist. I strongly advise anyone considering to use DM Design for any work reads this review and takes it on board. I had read negative reviews and highlighted these with the sales team only to be assured those matters have been resolved. They have not, I would suggest using other reputable companies and wait until they are available, as we should have done.

Would highly recommend DM Design! They produce what they promise and with them have professional and high quality skilled fitters from the joiners, plumbers and electricians. They where very respectful of my home, where clean and tidy as they go. They ensured to keep you updated and fixed small issues very promptly, keeping in mind the overall look we had in mind for our kitchen!

I bought a Murphy bed about 18 months ago from DMD and was delighted with the item and the workmanship of the installers. Unfortunately my son, now 33, thought it would make a good trampoline. It didn’t and the damage was not inconsequential. Given the constraints of COVID the company effected a complete repair in a timely fashion...AT NO CHARGE. I was bowled over, especially it had taken two separate visits. I can’t speak highly enough of these people and can recommend them unconditionally.

Richard is a fantastic designer , very honest and gave me as much of his time as I needed to get my dream Kitchen. So much so he should be given an award for his patience. I have had various companies out in the past and not one of them were able to resolve the issues I had with my kitchen. Richard took seconds to give me alternatives to the current layout which solved the problems. The quality and price cant be faulted. Don't hesitate to use D M design they are fantastic! You've made this lady very happy! Thank you.

From start to finish DM designs have been amazing. The quality of workmanship is amazing. The fitters work so hard and made a point of looking at every aspect of the fit. They cleaned up so well after themselves. The designer Rich was so knowledgeable and was willing to sit for hours to go over our design. Offering advice and suggestions which helped us to get our dream kitchen. It has been thr most positive experience I have ever had with building works. Thanks so much and we love every part of our new kitchen and so excited to use it.

D M Design fitted our kitchen 2 weeks ago. We are happy with the work carried out. Looks nice, . We are still waiting on splashbacks being fitted, this is an add-on to the work, we were going to get our own tiler to tile but decided to get DM Design to fit splashbacks the same as the worktop. We did have an issue with the hob, scratch found, but we contacted DM Design right away and this is being dealt with. Daniel and Lee, kitchen fitters, were fab, they did'nt stop, worked well. Cleared up all mess when they were finished.

The plumber, electrician, plasterers, all arrived on site on time. The kitchen was fitted first, then the plasterwork was done a couple of days later. We were a bit worried about plasterwork getting done after having nice kitchen fitted, we were worried about cabinets getting dirty or damaged with plaster. All was ok, the 2 plasterers worked well, and cleared up all mess when finished. Hopefully DM Design will fit splashbacks soon and the kitchen will be completed.

We had custom built wardrobes to suite our usual shape bedroom. And from start to finish the service was excellent. Very well built and excellent guarantee. Can't fault them at all. Would recommend them to anyone.

DM Design completed work on a new shower screen with efficiency and professionalism. The workmen were polite and the job was done to a very high standard. Would recommend.

DM Design installed our bathrooms over 8 years ago. Recently one of the cupboard doors started to lose its colour ( white became discoloured).
DM Design came out, checked the door and replaced it free of charge. Not many Companies would have undertaken to do this and DM get full marks for an after sales service which is second to none

Sliding wardrobe installed for son’s bedroom and they are fabulous. Great design and fantastic fitting. Quick efficient service and fitters were brilliant can’t praise them enough. I had a very slight problem with one door but immediately sorted after reporting and they are perfect. My son’s room is transformed and though he would never tell me - son is 13 - he has brought all his friends in to see them, with one friend telling me son has been bragging about new wardrobes in school. In a few years will be looking for a new kitchen and can’t wait- expect my call.

Had a first rate service from design to installation. Every single member of the team we met was friendly and helpful. Designer listened to our needs, fitters were highly skilled, reliable and polite. Showroom staff could not do enough to help. Love my new kitchen. Project was flawless and I would highly recommend this company.

From the moment I walked into the showroom to when the finishing touches were made to my kitchen the experience has been amazing. We were given marvellous design advice from Gary, in fact the entire team were extraordinary, a big shout out for the install team Teebor, Des and Danny who worked tirelessly, were always friendly, professional and insisted everyday on thoroughly cleaning up after themselves.

The office staff were fabulous too, Ben and Stewart always following up, to make sure I was 100% happy with everything. I can't thank you guys enough, I love love love everything you did to modernise the ground floor of my house from the new kitchen, bathroom and lounge, doors, facings and heated floors! If I could give more stars I would without hesitation!

We are so pleased with the work that has been done in our kitchen. It looks wonderful, and i have to say the team have been first class people who never stopped working they have done a brilliant job. Thanks for everything, I will now enjoy our new kitchen.
