Very happy with the furniture we've bought from Hatfields. Always great quality, service and a great range too. We've also been really happy with the delivery service as well. The guys have always been very accommodating, friendly and efficient. They brought all the parts to where we wanted it to go, assembled it all in situ and took all of the packaging away. So very happy with the quality and service. We'll look forward to our next purchase. Great quality, great service, very happy.

Please read this review prior to purchasing anything from Hatfields. We ordered a settee and a snuggle chair in September 2020, we were told it would arrive by Christmas, it arrived in March. Within days the recliner broke on the settee and it also started to sag in the middle which was due to the fact the support for it had not been put on! We agreed for Hatfields to re-order, which took another 6 months.

When it arrived at Hatfields it was checked by them and this was also faulty. I received a phone call which started not with an apology for further inconvenience but with the opening line "it's not good news". We decided to re-select hoping for 3rd time lucky. Another 6 months wait. We insisted on it being checked their end, we received an email saying that the small sofa had some puckering on the material and "it should sort itself out ".

We insisted on a refund. Throughout the past 18 months we have found alot of the time it was us chasing them, very little customer care and the Manager James aggressive. On the whole a horrible retail experience.

We recently bought a 3 piece suite and was so impressed with the service from Ian Hardstaff that we returned today with my mother in law to choose a new Stressless armchair. Once again Ian's customer service was excellent. He helped her choose and put her at ease, just what she needed for such a considered purchase. Thank you.

Visited Dean & Co, a soft furnishings Company within Hatfields. They were their usual helpful self and we found d exactly what we wanted and booked appointment for someone to visit us to measure up fir curtains and loose covers for a chair to tone in with wallpaper also bought from Dean's.

Was overall disappointed with the service we received from Hatfields. Order taken nearly eight months to sort out after having to return furniture due to poor quality, which we understand is not Hatfields direct responsibility but unfortunately the purchase was made with Hatfields. After spending over Four and Half thousand pounds on Two sofas we felt we expected better service. Without going into any further details we would not be using or recommending Hatfields to anyone in the future.

We recently purchased and had delivered a super king mattress. Our staircase does have quite a tricky dog leg but the guys could not have taken more care to manhandle the lump around and into our bedroom. From first knock at the door to leaving they were wholly professional and excellent ambassadors for Hatfield's. Thank you and well done!

Have been buying from Hatfields for years albeit in the sale as its usually pretty expensive. Very top quality products and very good service. Decent sized car park and customer toilets on site.

Went in there for something else, but the furniture did look very nice. Looked a little pricey, but might be a left field choice if you want something a little stylish.

What a fantastic place! Just moved to Essex and was recommended to go to the store. Fabulous collections, cafe and superb selection of stock for every room in the house. Staff are very very knowledgeable and friendly.

Always such a great service from start to finish with Hatfieids, and their furniture never disappoints. We ordered our 2 x 3 seater Chestfields back in March, estimated delivery was 16 weeks which was no problem, Hatfieids kept us updated when the date was extended, again no problem for us at all. The 2 gentleman who delivered it were so professional, and took care entering our house etc.

There was a slight hiccup with one of the feet on the sofa, which they reported to the service team and within 24 hours we had a call to arrange an engineer to rectify it. Stunning sofas, the most comfortable sofas we have ever bought.

Terrible experience with Hatfield. We bought 8 dining chairs which arrived a week later, 6 out of 8 were faulty, marked with uneven legs making it so you cannot sit on them, delivery drivers left us with faulty chairs. After 2 weeks of emails and being promised on 26th October by Becky replacements would be with us the following week I then received a phone call yesterday from a different female staff member informing me chairs would not be delivered until 18th November as their delivery slots are full, unbelievable given it has been 3 weeks since the issue arose. Very disappointed with the service and quality of goods from Hatfield. Do not use.

I have always shopped at Hatfields, and I can only say honestly I think offer excellent service. Andrew is very knowledgable and so very helpful. French who I have known for many years as she worked in another beautiful store, and she is relatively a new sales assistant, but again has been trained very well. All I can say if you are looking for a top sales team without being too pushy the go down to Hatfields.

My garden furniture which I bought from Hatfields is beautiful, and over the years I have bought numerous pictures all which are stunning. Love the service and the guys and girls that work there keep up the good work thankyou.

Hatfields is a professional furniture store with first class staff from the sales team down to their delivery drivers. Also we have had our new carpet fitted by two great guys Peter and Warren. All fitted to a professional high standard by friendly staff who left the house spotlessly clean.

Went in with my mum to look for a mirror came out with a sofa and recliner! All the sales assistants we came across where very friendly and helpful, the lady that assisted my mum was called French she was extremely helpful and went out of her way hence why my mum ended up buying more than she had intended happily so though I might add. Thanks Hatfields for making this shopping experience a lovely one for my mum.

Terrible customer service - delivered wrong chair after 4 months of waiting - have offered refund minus "admin and delivery charges" unbelievable! No contact with Manager as he is 'busy' furious

Lovely visit to the Hammonds studio yesterday. Abbey was extremely informative about our different options for our wardrobes and has given us a lot to think about! Excited to have a designer out when in the position to do so

Shocking customer service and management team Terrible quality products with no aftercare team to rectify issues! Not only a waste of money but a waste of time throughout the entire process!

Visited Hatfields to buy two lounge chairs today - we were very concerned about Covid19 having been in isolation since March - they pulled out all the stops to make our visit totally safe - excellent store that puts the customer first in every respect. Some fantastic products on display.

Where to start mmm being allowed to browse freely without being asked constantly can I help etc. Wonderful sales staff both in furniture and flooring departments. Carpet was fitted on Tuesday excellent service and looks sensational. Today 2 fellas delivered our new sofas (scottish and a younger chap ) and they were brilliant and so professional. Sofas are stunning now just got to twist Nick Allwrights arm for accent chair. thank you Hatfields would highly recommend you to everyone from Sue Ozcan

Excellent service in all respects. We received personal attention and advice from Andrew on selecting our new furniture. We would not hesitate in recommending Hatfields for an all round enjoyable purchasing experience.

I cannot fault the quality of my beautiful settee I eventually got. The sales lady was fantastic whist selling to us but unfortunately once money was exchanged things changed, we were miss sold from start to finish and the once friendly lady became quite rude making me feel very uncomfortable and upset that I was annoying her. I worked very hard to buy this and was very exited and the customer skills were awful, I cannot fault the quality of your furniture but sadly do the lady that dealt with us

Great service once again from Andrew and the team at Hatfields - new his'n'hers comfy chairs arrived today! Order arrived when I was told it would. I asked if they could hold on to chairs till my husband was home to assemble them - no problem. Phone call to confirm delivery time yesterday, phone call from driver to say he was 10 minutes away this morning! Nothing was too much trouble
