An outstandingly good service, Anglia Recliners went above and beyond to help us. We first visited to discuss a new suite, including a recliner for my father. Their approach was superb, no sales tactics and not pushy. Unfortunately we had to cancel our order due to finding out my fathers condition was terminal, at which point Anglia Recliners offered us the use of a recliner, free of charge, to ensure he was comfortable.
They delivered and collected promptly and the service was second-to-none. We never dreamt that a business would provide such a kind and generous service at no monetary benefit to themselves, thank you Anglia Recliners from the Salter Family.

My mother's seven year old lift/tilt chair had suddenly become unreliable and I needed a replacement urgently. An identical replacement was in stock and was supplied in 24 hours. The lady with whom I made the arrangements over the telephone was so helpful and efficient and the chair arrived the next day within the specified two hour time window. Delivery and removal of the old chair (at extra cost) was carried out swiftly with no fuss. Shop here with confidence.

I contacted anglia recliners in the hope that they could supply me with a part I needed to repair an electric recliner. Although they couldn't help me I was amazed to be told who could supply the part I needed and their contact details. I spoke to a person called Paul and his customer handling skills were excellent. I would highly recommend this company and can't wait to make a purchase from them. It's nice to find a company who are prepared to go out of their way to offer help and assistance although they did not make a sale.
