Would just like to say what a friendly store my husband and I found today and was so nice to be able to walk around with our little dog and also have a very enjoyable lunch. Wish you was a bit nearer to Suffolk or Essex as the choice of furniture to choose from was also really good Big thanks to you all

Visited yesterday, and was most surprised. The shop has been transformed since we visited some years ago. The food in the cafe was first class, suspect local produce is used? Down on the shop floor - very friendly staff. Very much hoping the store can continue into the future, well done all.

The cafe was very busy and for good reason. The store is nearly always a joy, just a bit of confusion today about picking up an item from the warehouse and then having to go back to the store to pay for something we thought had paid for, but hadn't and were told we would be picking it up from the warehouse, but didn't, it was in the store. Cafe still good, store old fashioned in the right way, they know what " customer service" means.

Not my taste, but they maintain a lot of staff in what is now a dying type of department store. Prices are not competitive compared to web, but to their customer base that doesn't really matter.

A fine furniture shop. Professional staff helpful and a great range of products. Sadly there was 4 dogs in the store this is really not acceptable. When nature calls it happens. Animals sniffing around quality furniture?

Staff are wonderful, couldn't be more helpful. Nice quality, good prices. Well worth a visit.

Such a shame. I've had really really good shopping experiences shopping here expecially when buying rugs. Brilliant product knowledge and excellent service. I've had the same outcome buying furniture. Based on this I wouldn't hesitate to give five stars and sing thier praises. This all changed on Tuesday 12th of April. My wife and I visited the store to buy bedding, experiencing the usual level of service, untill we went to pay. An Older woman, working the till displayed outrageous behaviour which included inappropriate language, leaving us upset and confused. I can't believe that was a one off. Her colleagues had that resigned look that said, we're used to this.

The restaurant at Aldiss is excellent. Great value for money, first class service and the best coffee on town. The restaurant staff are always polite and friendly, and the service is fast. We run a holiday let nearby and always recommend Aldiss to our guests.

Always enjoy a visit here. Good quality furnishings and many other items for sale. Great to rest your feet and have a cake and coffee.

Very good range of furniture and the salesman was not pushy at all. Will definitely return

Our visit was on a dull, wet day but car parking was free and two spaces available. As soon as we entered the store it was a transformation from cold to comfortable heat, a brightly lit extravaganza of goodies, so many items to suit all pockets, a veritable wonderland. Too many items of stock to list but a massive furniture department and great cafe. We were recommended to visit and were not disappointed!

Excellent store, we were given some money from a relative to buy a posh dinner set which we did. We have since been back and spotted a bedroom suite we like, the staff were very helpful too.

Aldiss. Lovely Store. Good Quality products. Nice restaurant, serving good food & variety of drinks. Very good price's. Friendly Staff. Well worth a visit.

Big store with everything you need. Restaurant very good & staff very helpful & cheerful. Very Covid aware in restaurant. Rest rooms available. Car park outside.

Couldn't find the chairs we were looking for so we went to the restaurant for a snack. Pot of tea for two, one large and one small fruit scone with butter - all for a fiver! Very good value we think!

Shame you can't give no stars. Poor advice, if any, and poor service. Seven months to resolve the problem. Can't even say the problem was resolved to 100% satisfaction! Think we got the best possible outcome in the circumstances. Will never buy furniture from them ever again.
