The service here was fantastic: Angela and Michael were patient, friendly, helpful, and clearly knew what would work well and in what order they should be bought. The quality of the furniture here is unbeatable, and the sofa was made to order and in the UK too. Great value for money for better quality than somewhere like John Lewis or Heals with faster lead times. Highly recommend and will use again.

Lovely shop hindred by an awful staff member. My mother is disabled. She wanted a comfy chair. She was not able to get up the stairs to veiw the one that was there. The assistant helping her asked another member of staff if he could fetch the chair down for my mother to try. He flatly refused in a very rude manner. I was terribly disappointed in his attitude. Such a shame!

This is definitely one of best furnishing stores in leicestershire. They are not the chespest But the selection and quality are top. We could not be more happy with the exemplary service from Mike and the delivery woman. Very positive customer experience. Will call back soon for our dinning table and sofas in lounge.
