Lovely shop, really good cafe with a great range on offer. Wonderful scones. Just a shame they have stopped selling their delicious omelettes!

Warm welcome - but walked out furious! I had been in twice previously to look at a corner bench dining set and today visited to make a final decision & purchase. However the set I wanted to look at was bring used as a work station by a manager with laptop & papers spread all over. Despite me bring up close and looking at price tags clearly wanting to look at product - he didnt lift his head, or offer to move to allow me to view. Absolutely disgraceful.

Very limited range, and quite pricey for what it is. Other stores offer better deals and better quality. Cobbs cafe is nice though. that's the only reason I go there now.

This is literally my first one star review. I can't believe how uninterested the staff are. I was there for a sofa. I was clearly trying various models out and walked the ENTIRE store and not once was approached or even acknowledged. Then I saw THREE employees sitting on a sofa chit chatting away so I went that way. As I approached I kid you not they did everything they could to ignore me eg got their phones out.

So finally on my second go around I actually got someone's attention and after he put his mask back on, I asked about the particular model I was after. I was informed it was no longer there and had been moved to Tillicoultry. If I wanted to see it I would have to go there. And that was that. No further questions about what I was looking for, if there was something else I might be interested in. NOTHING. I gave up after that and left. It's like they didn't even want me to buy anything.
