I cannot thank Frances Hunt enough for all their help and support after our original bed-frame was discontinued and a replacement needed to be found and ordered quickly. What a professional and committed company who went the extra mile to make sure our order was delivered with the upmost urgency. I am so happy and feel so humbled to have received such excellent customer service.
I just can't thank you all enough. The bed arrived well packaged, no damage, but one glass fineal fell off whilst cleaning it, but was fine after some gorilla glue for 24 hours. It arrived in two boxes and the instructions were easy to follow. We absolutely love this bed frame, it is so stylish and really compliments our bedroom. I would highly recommend this company and this product. Thank you so much

Avoid! Terrible customer service. Ordered 2 tables at over 400 with a delivery date of 4-6 weeks. I emailed them several times after the 6 weeks had passed and was fobbed off saying they are awaiting delivery from the manufacturers. 11 weeks later I emailed and asked for my money back due to the breach of contract and received a phone call saying the tables had been discontinued. Man on the phone was apologetic & agreed that the service was appalling. Lets see how long it takes to get my refund!

I can't comment on the quality of their furniture as I decided to cancel my order but this was the worst customer service and slowest response I've ever encountered. I emailed about 5 times called 3 times and never received a proper response to confirm that the cancellation had gone through and every time I'd be told the operations manager would call me back when he never did.
I was about to open a dispute with PayPal as I thought they weren't going to refund me at all all when eventually they did but I would avoid dealing with this company again as they simply can't be bothered to get back to you.

We purchased a marble dining set in October 2018. In February just 4 months later we noticed one of the chairs in the set went faulty as it started to show rust on a joint. Reported to Francis Hunt and sent photo of the fault only to be ignored. After numerous emails and calls I eventually got someone who said they'd speak to the supplier. After waiting 2 months for a response from me originally contacting them I received a one line reply to say 'spoke to supplier, no luck'.
Clearly they do not care and now we're left with a brand new dining set with a faulty chair. Not fair when paying 1k for the set. Poor service, buy elsewhere you're spending a lot of money.

Avoid! Ordered a corner shelf on the first of September and was told the wait would be 2weeks for delivery which was fine, then a week or so later they called to say it would be another 2-3 weeks! I was disappointed but decided to wait for the shelf (14th of October) delivery of shelf never arrived! I gave them a call and they told me that actually it wasn't going to be in stock till mid November!
I told them that this was ridiculous and I wanted a refund. This also proved to be very hard. Only just received my refund today. They are very unprofessional and miss leading.

Really disappointed. Poor aftercare and soft closes all breaking. Reviewed initially on first delivery of furniture, which I was pleased with, but then all the soft closing mechanisms started to break. I pulled out the drawers and repaired the ones I could but need some replacements. Contacted the team who said they'd contact the supplier and get some for me.
Still waiting despite chasing so many times, and now no one is bothering to reply. Something has definitely changed here, all the reviews were fantastic when I bought the furniture. *UPDATED 4 JUNE* Yesterday, delivery drivers arrived and replaced the broken soft close catches. At least they're fixed now

Frances Hunt your service is awesome. The ladies in your office stopped me cancelling my order twice with their lovely persuasion. However I still don't have my furniture and so will be cancelling on Monday after being let down by your chosen delivery Company Panther on three separate occassions. When I order from you I don't expect to have to sort out the delivery with a incapable third party Company myself.
Month on from delivery and I don't have my product yet you have my money. I have been left really upset and frustrated. On monday I will be ordering a very similar dressing table with Next, no issues. Furniture will be with me within 4 days. You need to reconsider using Panther and quickly!

Delays, poor customer service and a no-end of trouble. AVOID Ordered a table 4 months ago and it has only just been delivered. When [finally] delivery was scheduled; Frances Hunt showed absolutely no flexibility in light of the delays I'd endured and were only able to give me a single delivery slot option, meaning i had to take annual leave to take delivery.
The add insult, on the day of delivery their van broke down on route and I was contacted to say that they would have to reschedule, after some complaining they implied they'd see what they could do about the lack of [working] vans and would be back in contact. Delivery [thankfully] was made that day (2 hours after the scheduled slot) but there are parts missing and I still cannot use the furniture I purchased in October (96 days ago).
I was promised that the missing parts would be couriered but that was 10 days ago now. I have tried on two separate occasions to discuss my grievances with their management team, but they are avoiding my calls only allowing me contact with the customer services staff. I am now in the process of trying to get my money back and the "faulty" furniture removed. They have said they can arrange collection but are "unable" to advise when this will be. Somehow I fear my dealings with this joke of a company are nowhere near over
